My son recieved this product for his 2nd birthday! He has used it almost everyday since he has recieved it & he will be turning 3 this Decemeber.. It's a great product, only minor flaw is when he misses hitting the ball he would hit the arm, and the arm would come off! It's suppose to do this though so the arm doesn't "SNAP" off.. Understandable, right! I would recommend this to any parent who is trying to teach their children the fundamentals of BASEBALL! We absolutly love this product!

My 2 and 4 year old LOVE this toy!!! It has really sparked an interest in baseball at my home!! Very pleased!

I was really excited about this new toy I purchased for my 3 1/2 year old son. It looked cool, it sounded cool, the height was adjustable, and it was neat how the velcro arm got the baseball ready for him BUT everytime my son hit the ball, the arm broke off and had to be put back on. This got very old very quick. We used it a couple times and got tired of having to "fix" it after each hit.

Parents yor money will be best spent buying an ordinary bat and ball.
The arm on this toy falls off with each swing. It would take a professional baseball player to hit(Knock-off) the velcro attached ball. The concept is nice, but it does not work.

I bought this for my 3 year old daughter. She likes to play baseball. There are so many good things about this product. I like that you can adjust the height because she is small. The sound effects are great and she loves that she can play without anyone else if she has to. You really need to play with this outdoors. The best money I have spent in toys r us thus far.

My brother's daughter got this a while back and absolutely loved it, as did my son. To my knowledge, they had no problems with it, but when my son got it we definitely did. The piece of velcro on the mechanical arm was so strong, that my son could never detach the balls from the velcro. And when we would pull the balls off, to help a little, the velcro would come completely off the arm. So I kept having to take apart the end of the arm and put the velcro back on. I've never heard of anyone else having the problem, but we did. So of course before too long, my son learned to pull off the balls himself and we completely lost the velcro for the mechanical arm. Good news is that the replacement parts are only $5 [...]. Hopefully the replacement parts will work better. Word to the wise, inspect yours and use it a couple days before letting your kids run wild with it. Also note that this product does seem to be a little fragile, due to the mechanical nature of the product. I would only let kids use it while supervised or it will probably break fast. Despite all this, it really is a fun product and I would recommend it to someone who doesn't mind being involved in their kids playtime. The kids really get a kick out of all the noise it makes!
