Bought this chair for my step-granddaughter, she is a year old and it's the perfect size with room to grow. Not overly heavy construction but you wouldn't want it to be at that age because you know their going to tip it over on them at least once or twice. Good chair for the price. I would recommend it to anyone. It also comes in a variety of colors which is a big plus.
