This product is just decent. I wish I would have spent the $$ on a nicer dresser for my baby's room, however. It's mostly particle board and a pain in the butt to assemble.

The customer service is awful! You need to put this together, but some parts are pre-assembled. On mine, one pre-assembled part was missing. So, I called Storkcraft to have it sent to me. It took the woman a ridiculous amount of time to understand what part I was talking about, even when I was giving her the instruction # and page. I then asked her to expedite the part because I'm 38 weeks pregnant and need it ASAP. She informed me that was against procedure. I asked to speak with a manager and she said managers only answer emails. I pushed her to put a manager on and her response was "I can put you on hold forever." I was astonished. I couldn't believe the words came out of her mouth. I told her I would contact the BBB if she in fact did that and demanded to speak with a manager. Her response, "This conversation is over. Thank you for calling Storkcraft." She hung up on me.

I tried emailing the company managers like she said I'd have to do and there was no way to do it. I've sent a complaint to the BBB. This was absolutely unacceptable. Do not buy this product. If there is a problem, the manufacturer will not be friendly. Spend a little extra and get a good dresser/chest from a reputable company. This product is simply not worth this hassle.

i'm very happy with this dresser. i'm over 8 months pregnant and basically assembled it myself.. the only reason i gave it four stars is because i wish the drawers were an inch or two deeper. it's great, but i'm trying to think of the future and as my sons clothes get bigger, the drawers are going to be cramped. i also have the matching changing table that doubles as a dresser and i have the same feelings, beautiful but i would like deeper drawers.overall i'm happy with the product.

I have the crib that matches this dresser , which is beautiful & great quality. But the dresser is terrible! It came in a million pieces and the screws did fit in the designated holes properly. In some places there were gaps where there the wood was supposed to meet. I was so disappointed [...] If your're looking for a dresser that will last I DO NOT recommend this. We went to a [...] and matched up the wood finish and style and are very pleased with it :)
