We've had this product for over two years now. I vaguely remember my hubby having some trouble putting it together, but it didn't take him more than a couple of hours and it came out pretty sturdy. We've since moved and it survived the move without a problem! The only complaint is the particle board in the back, because the side compartment is a perfect place for a toddler to play... and she has definitely kicked it back a couple of times. But you get what you pay for, and this has definitely been a great product for us! Planning to use it with the next little one on the way!

its a pain in the rear to put together...it looks nice but if you move it is really heavy and after time the wood starts coming apart and the knobs come off all the time.It worked for her as a baby but after a year it started coming apart. tried to fix but its just done. I would rater get a cheap one that is worth the money...really wish it worked because it is a good idea

I bought this dresser along with the Armoir when I was about 6 months pregnant. I was able to put it together with a friend while my husband an another friend put the Armoir together. The wood is soft, but beautiful. The bottoms of the drawers are not solid wood, but they've held strong for us and my son is now a year old. My suggestion is simply that people look over the directions COMPLETELY before you begin puting it together. If you do that, it's really quite simple. We separated our parts before we started puting things together and that worked great! The only issue is that since the wood is so soft, the knobs probably will come out. We've had a couple come out, but we went to [@] and bought a new set of wooden knobs. (they're about $1.50 a piece here in Minnesota) They look just fine plain, but we painted ours different colors anyway. (super cute)I did have one other occasion where one of the pieces holding a drawer together came loose, but just keep the screw driver that comes with the set. It took two seconds to re-tighten and it's been good from there. Bottom line for me... if you're looking for solid wood all around, you're just not going to find it at this price, but if you want something nice at a good price, I would reccomend this dresser!

Love the look of it and it has plenty of storage in the drawers and where the changing pad goes. Very happy with this purchase. Would recommend this to friend and family.

This dresser is a piece of junk!!! I was so disappointed. I thought it would be nice because it seems that the brand storkcraft makes many baby furniture collections. It took me hours to put it together. At first it looked great, then a couple of days later the drawers all tilted and looked uneven. Then we tried to move it and the whole thing broke. The screws broke through the boards and the side fell off. It was a complete waste of money. Now I have to buy another dresser and refold all of my sons clothes.

Although a little difficult to put together it was amazing when finished. Lots of storage and very sturdy. Completes the room with storcraft crib.

This dresser is just beautiful! I've read a lot of reviews about how it's incredibly difficult to put together and how flimbsy it is, but I disagree. My girlfriend and I put it together ourselves in less than 2 hours. (I do recommend reading through the instructions first and separating out the pieces.) The instructions are all picture, and no words, but it seemed pretty straight forward to me. The dresser after assembly was very sturdy and just beautiful! It has plenty room for everything I need! Also, yes the bottoms of the drawers and the back of the dresser are particle board, not solid wood, but they are still just as sturdy, and it's not like anyone's looking! If you want solid wood, you're going to be paying at least twice as much.

We love the product, but it was so hard to put together. There are no words on the instructions only pictures. It took my BF over 2 hours to assemble, and it actually went a lot quicker when he didnt use the terrible directions provided with the dresser.
However, we love the final product. The side door for extra storage is great!
Just make sure if you buy the product you have a VERY handyman availible to put it together!

This is a really nice piece of furniture, but sooooo difficult to assemble! There are no words with the directions, only small pictures, and there is about a thousand pieces to it. DO NOT buy this unless you have a handyman that can put stuff together....and even then, it might be difficult!

We read reviews on this changing table and it was amazing how many people complained about it being hard to assemble....IT COMES IN A BOX!!! Of course you have to do some assembling!!! It took my husband about an hour to put the table together and it looks great and we have had zero problems with it! So if you and/or your husband can follow simple instructions, this table should be a breeze to assemble! And you will be thankful you did because once it is all put together, it is beautiful! (As is the crib!!)
