    Comments about Million Dollar Baby DaVinci Alpha Mini Rocking Crib - Natural:

    This crib was the perfect solution to our small space. We used it until our daughter was about 7 months old and growing out of it, then we moved her to a larger full size crib. We bought a 3 inch mattress which fits great - some of the mattresses you find for these cribs are only 1 inch thick which isn't what you'd want. Sheets weren't hard to find, and we found a nice soft mattress pad online. We never really used the rocking function so I don't know how that is, but all in all, it was a really smart purchase for us. Only drawback is that the pine color seems to scratch easily.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      Bought this crib for my daughter-in-law and son who are expecting the baby any day. It's beautiful and is indeed a mini-crib and just what they wanted. They have a very small home in San Francisco. It rocks nicely and there is a little 'stopper' you can easily push with your foot to keep it from rocking. Can't wait to see the little one snuggled in.

        this would be a great crib if it weren't so short. it was easy to assemble and my son sleeps comfortably in it. he is on the small side, so anyone with a large baby may not get that much use depending on how quickly your baby grows. the only problem is that it is not the same height as regular cribs, which i mistakenly assumed it was. its very short which means even with the mattress at the highest level you are bending over contstantly and when you lower it to its lowest level the bed is practically on the floor. also the rocking mechanism requires you to manually rock it as it stops on its own after two three rocks.

        its a good size crib for anyone short on space and looking to maximize room or has a preemie. its a good alternative to a bassinet.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
