Please Note: Full size mattress and box spring must be purchased separately to complete the conversion.

        I was very disappointed in the rails for converting the mini crib to a twin bed. One rail attached very easy to the headboard. The second rail split open as I inserted the screws. So the rails are useless. Also I noticed that the footboard end of the rails were not drilled deep enough for the screws that were supplied. I will be sending this item back if Toys R Us will take them. I plan to just make my own rails that will be much stronger than this product.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

            The bed rails aren't made as well as I'd hoped. I sent back the first set because the wood started splitting, but the second set started doing the same thing...to a lesser degree. I should have just bought the steel bed frame and saved myself the aggrevation!
