We have been using this item for 15 months and will continue to use this item. Its beautiful and sturdy. The wood does scratch like any wood would scratch. Its made from real wood, and not plastic. Its lasted through our 15 months twins, and will be used on our next baby. The color is beautiful!

My husband had no trouble putting this together. We purchased two of the entire set not including this piece. So he put together two cribs, two dressers, and this. All the pieces have held up well. Again these are made from REAL WOOD, and REAL WOOD does scratch!!!

I was really looking forward to receiving this changing table. Based on the reviews I read and the photos on the website, I had relatively high expectations.
Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when it arrived. It's pretty enough, but the quality is very poor. It was tedious to assemble and easily damaged without effort. The panels, barely thicker than poster board, peeled when slid into place.
I do not recommend purchasing this if you are expecting a nice piece of furniture that you will have for years to come.

We love this changing table! My husband and I were looking for a changing table that could be used afterward, and not look like it belonged in a nursery. We changed out the knobs to a brushed silver. I assembled it myself in about an hour or so. The bottom shelf inside the cabinet will not hold much weight, but is still perfect for diapers.

This changing table is beautiful. That said, I was absolutely shocked at the lack of quality for the top board. Yes, the board that you lay the baby on. It is thinner than could possibly be imagined. I'm pretty sure we will reinforce the top before we will feel ok about laying a child on it. We're going to keep it, but will add our own board to the top. Davinci should change this product.

The directions were horrible. It is not sturdy. The top is made with 1/8 in. this particle board with a thin wood veneer over it! We are putting the crib together tonight and if it is as bad as this changer we are sending the whole set back!

It only took an hour to put together. My husband was able to move it himself. It's a very dependable product!

I hate to say it but this changing table is a piece of junk. The outside looks nice but the "shelves" are made of something similar to cardboard as is the rest of the inside of the changing table. I'm wondering if it will withstand the weight of a baby. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. In addition it took HOURS to assemble.
