I put this dresser on my baby registry to go with the crib & the sleigh changing table that we purchased for the nursery,well I did recieve it at the babys shower and that was approx. a month ago. Well we finally had the time and energy last night to put it together and I wanted to make sure to write a detailed review because there is not alot of detailed reviews on this particular product online. Okay 1st of all it is an extremley intimidating assembly the directions are mostly all pictures with a hardware list not alot of written instuctions at all, 2nd there is approx. 50+ pieces to this you have to assemble everything the drawers, the back, sides, top etc. the back of the dresser is 3 seperate wooden slats and then 2 pieces of plywood type of wood that goes over that. The quality of the dresser is excellent & the holes & all the hardware matched up perfectly the drawer glides have safety's on them and although you have to install them onto the sides of the dresser they were not hard to do. Basically the dresser is beautiful the finished product is gorgeous and well worth the assembly time but just be aware that this item requires alot of patience & approx. 2 + hours to put it together. I have attached a picture of it so you can see it. Also the honey oak finish is perfect matches the honey oak finish crib & changer that we had bought & those were seperate vendor purchases so it really has pulled the room together also the dresser has really smooth finish and texture no sharp corners or edges. Sorry for so much info but I just wanted to let others know how this dresser comes. The box is about 5 feet high by 4 feet wide and approx. 100 pounds price could be a little lower since you do have to assemble it yourself but other than that its a fantastic piece if your looking for oak I think you will be pleased!!

I just wonder if they have changed something since the previous reviews. The exterior of the dresser is very well built, sturdy, and heavy. The drawers are horrible. While they are nice and roomy, the bottom of the drawer was flimsy pressboard/cardboard material and quickly bent under the weight of our newborn daughters clothes. The lock bolts that hold the drawer together also wouldn't lock (three of us locked them and they still came undone) and the front of the drawer would come off. We ended up buying wood to replace the drawer bottoms and glued all of the pieces together.

I was six months pregnant when I put this together and I didn't have much difficulty. It perfectly matches the Da Vinci Crib and was a great addition to the room. The drawers glide nicely and have lots of space to store all my child's clothes and few other accessories. Definitely recommend this to other new moms.

This dresser is beautiful and sturdy. I was able to put the drawers together myself, but putting the larger pieces together was easier with two people.

I bought this dresser for my new granddaughter. It is well made and the drawers slide so smoothly. It goes perfectly with her crib and changing table. It really completed the set and finished the room. [...] It had two very small bangs on the back side, but does not show so we didn't send it back. My son said it did take him a while to put it together, but not too bad.
