this nasal aspirator was a waste of money. i love the idea of it..the tunes are awesome..if it ACTUALLY worked, it would have been one of my favorite gadgets. unfortunately, this aspirator takes forever and a day to get anything out. i couldn't get a single booger by following the instructions. finally when i stuck the thing into my babies nose after a few minutes of hard work i got a booger half way out and had to pull the rest out with my finger. the piece of the booger that was sucked out by the machine was stuck in the tip and i had to run water through the machine about 3 times before it came semi-loose and two more times to get it out. this aspirator is not worth the money..the hospital bulb is waaaaay better. now i'm back on the mission to find a good nasal aspirator. it's a shame..i was so excited about this one!!

I love this product as a new mom. I think one you read the simple instructions (you'd be surprise how many people don't) you'll see that this item works miracle. If you think it doesn't work, then your child doesn't really have snot in his/her nose. I would definately buy this for every baby shower I go to. It is also very easy to clean, just make sure you do not lose any of the parts while cleaning. I've replaced mine three times but it's worth it.

It works great and babies don't get as upset as they do with bulb syringes. It takes less time than bulb syringes.

This works great. We get more out quicker than with the traditional bulb. Our daughter still cries, but the process is much quicker now.

This product is awesome. It works so well that I don't know why I waited until my daughter was 11 weeks old to buy it. The only warning that I have is to watch out for the little washer piece that is around the white section that the collection cap attaches to. Ours fell out the second day when it was disassembled to clean and we could not find it. Without the washer the aspirator DOES NOT suction. I thought it was broken and was so disappointed before I realized that the piece was missing. I called the service number on the back of the pamplet and explained that I lost the part and they sent me another one for FREE. So just be warned that if you buy it and it quites working on you, you probably lost the little washer piece.

I tried the Safety 1st aspirator first, and it was terrible. This one worked MUCH better, probably just as well as the bulb syringe, but she didn't seem to mind this as much. My only complaint is that it often sounds like she still has some nasal congestion after I'm done using this. So I don't think it's strong enough to get everything out, but it definitely gets enough out to provide some relief.

This product is great. We had such a hard time with the bulb aspirators, as we would suck out the mucus and he would suck it back in. This provides constant suction and gets everything out. One other item - the music is great. We use it all the time when he gets fussy and it distracts him enough to get a bottle down or anything else we are trying with him.

I purchased the extra tips form the same unit. My 1st aspirator broke after 2 months. This is 2nd time purchased this same unit and stop working after 4 months. I was hoping this will last a little bit longer I use it daily after my son's shower. It's not convenient at all and so easy to loose the parts. I have to buy additional tips. Just use the one that you got form the hospital and it works a lot better than this units.
