It's easy to use, and easy to take with you if needed. It just didn't work that great, it can't really "suck" out everything. I also bought a Baby-Vac off [...] for $5 more, and it blows this product out of the water. Yes, you have to hook up the Baby-vac to a vacuum, but it's really helped my son breathed better.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I can't believe I have gone a year without it! Its so easy to use and clears baby's nose SO much faster than the traditional bulb. If you're on the fence about buying this product, go ahead and buy it. You will not be disappointed. I also love how it plays little tunes to distract baby while you suction their nose. AMAZING PRODUCT!

We love this! It works so much better than trying to get the traditional bulb style in his nose. It is quick and he loves it. My son actually laughs when we use it now.

Cleaning it is kind of gross, but gross comes with the Mom territory.

I wish you could buy replaced tips.

Our son did not like the long skinny tip, I think it went up too far and kindda hurt him. The short one works wonders though!

This product is so great! Works just like the ones they use in the hospital but is super mobile and can be taken anywhere. To all the moms who said that they couldnt get the machine to suck anything- YOU NEED TO USE A FEW DROPS OF SALINE in the nostrile before suctioning- you can get the little pink bottles of it from your pediatrician.

I never heard of this product till my friend asked me if I have used one yet- so I went out the next day and bought it because I have used suction machines in the hospital and they work great. It sucks the mucus right out of my son's sinuses really fast. You really can tell a differene between the regular nasal bulbs which only get the surface boogers.

The bulb aspirator from the hospital made my baby sob. This is such a life saver! The songs make him laugh and when we're all done he's smiling! I bought two, one for upstairs one for down... Just rinse it right away, you don't want things drying up in there! Oh, and if the batteries aren't new enough the suction won't work... I almost called the hotline because I thought it was broken!

I wish they had this product with my other two children! This is the easiest tool to use and so easy to clean. After reading all of the reviews I was so impressed so I had to try it. I am so glad! Forget what you read about the others, go get this one.. it is worth the [$]!

I was tired of using the bulbs to suck out his snots and after a couple colds I decided to buy this one. I am so glad I did!! My son still wiggles and cries when I use it but it is so much faster and I think its safer than the long tip bulbs. I highly recommend this nasal aspirator!

I thought this was completely ridiculous at 1st but after our baby got his 1st respiratory infection, we were willing to try anything to combat the snot! I wish I had this from day 1...it is SO much easier to use than the bulb and way less traumatic for baby! Our son laughs and giggles when we use this - he used to scream and cry with the other one. My go-to gift for baby showers and new moms. It is honestly the best product we've purchased since our son was born. I don't know what the problems were with the bad reviews - must be user error!

This machine makes it much easier to aspirate my childs nose and she sits still each time I use it. The two tip sizes is also a plus. Much better than the ball syringe. Just becareful when you take off the catch "bulb", there is a white o-ring gasket in the "head" that if gets lost renders the aspirater useless. I don't know if you can find a replacement gasket, but I would suggest to Graco to add a few extra in the package.
