He can do all the big jobs that Harvey can't, like lift derailed engines back onto the tracks. He has no engine and relies on other engines to pull him to where he is needed.

My two-year old son loves Rocky and uses him to "rescue" all of his other Thomas trains and pull them back on the track. He carries it around the house and makes him suspend from baby gates, and anything else he can find. Even after having him for months, he still plays with it everyday.

My 4 year old dropped Rocky on a plush carpet while I was at his side, and a metal pin fell out. The main part of Rocky came apart and we couldn't put it back together. We are very disappointed as generally we find Thomas & Friends collectibles to be reliable. Keep your receipt, just in case!
