These are the softest diapies! The Huggies are so hard/stiff!!! And these have the line where when it turns blue that means the baby peed! So instead of having to constantly feel or peek inside, you could just check out the line!! We have a 3 week old and no leaks so far! One thing i recommend moms/dads do, is when you are pulling up the diaper over the tummy make sure u stretch out the inside bands...that helps keep everything inside! I recommend these to everybody! :) They are pricey but so worth it!

At baby shower received both pampers and huggies brand diaper, and shower cake was made out of cheap brand diaper....I love that they are so soft, and don't leak, and the newborn size has yellow line, and that turns green when they use bathroom.....came in handy being that husband and I are first time parents. recommend to everyone

I also had these diapers in the hospital and I was so impressed I had my husband get me a pack. They are sooo soft and pretty absorbent. My baby grew out of them really fast though. I wish all diapers were that soft . I remember having a lot of leaks with stools but that could be because 1)baby pooped alot or 2) I didn't really know how to put on a diaper.You may want to save one for a time capsule or something because they are so little and cute!

My son was a preemie and they used these in the hospital so that's what I started using when I got home and they are the very best! We also tried Huggies, but they leaked literally EVERY time and I will never buy them again. (Baring in mind of course that every baby's body type is different, so different brands will work differently with each baby) My son has no butt and is pretty small due to his prematurity so these work great for small babies and being a first time momma, the wetness indicator is the best thing about these. I also like that the part where his legs go is elastic like and has a snug, but not too snug, fit. Love love love these diapers!

We were given these diapers at the hospital and they worked great. We got her home and tried Huggies Newborn and we hated everything about them! The pampers are much softer, better coverage, and I've never had a leak with them!

all of our friends and family who have kids recommended pampers swaddlers above other brands. the hospital provided them, and we continued to use them at home. they are very soft and comfortable and, after a month of use, have not given our baby any diaper rash yet. the best feature is the yellow line on the outside of the diaper that turns blue when the diaper is wet. perfect for new parents that are not that experienced with diapers yet. only con is that at 8.5 lbs, my baby seems to have outgrown the newborn size. the diapers are a little too snug now and occasionally leak if she has a large bowel movement.

Horrible!! I recently gave birth to a 6 lb 3 oz boy and he pees like there's no tomorrow. These diapers consistently rupture and fall apart. The little absorbing beads inside the lining spill out and cover his little body. They're very difficult to clean off and I fear could find there way to his hands and mouth in the middle of the night. If he were a girl, I would be concerned that the beads could invade body cavities.
