I bought this for my 2 month old. He did well with a blanket for swaddling but was starting to bust out of the blanket in the middle of the night. This product is fantastic! It is so easy to use and my baby immediately began sleeping through the night. I was careful when washing it so I never had any problems. Make sure the velcro flaps are fastened to each other and dry it on low/medium heat, just like any other product with velcro. This is now my go-to gift for every expectant mother that I know!

We used this for our daughter starting at 1 1/2 months to 3 months. I like that her legs are zipped in and that the swaddle component is sturdy and strong. The velcro is sort of loud but as she got older and wanted her hands out, we needed something strong to keep them in. Overall, I like this product and planning to get the next size up.

We purchased a bunch of these sleep swaddle sacks for our twins. We loved that they were easier to use than a regular blanket & much safer. We also found that since you have the sack & then two large flaps to wrap the baby in, the baby stayed nice and warm. This was great since our one twin had been in the NICU for a while since she had trouble regulating her temperature. The sacks also zip DOWN from neck to toe. This is a great feature since it keeps the zipper away from baby's face & also allows wires from apnea monitors to trail out of the bottom of the sack (away from the face). We loved these sacks until about the 3rd wash. Then we started to have issues with the velcro flaps bunching/rolling up & not being as smooth as they originally were. We also hated that the large velcro flaps would stick to EVERYTHING in the dryer including themseleves & also to the changing pad covers (leaving snags in the covers). We ended up buying some of the Summer Swaddle Me sacks. They are a friendlier sack since the velcro isnt't as big, but they don't keep the baby as warm (thinner material) as the Halo sacks. I prefer to use the Halo sacks on cold nights & the Summer sacks on warmer nights/days.

These are soft and they wash well. However, because of the amount of Velcro on the flaps, it woke my son up every time I had to undo the Velcro because he isn't a real sound sleeper. I did like how much growing he had in them had we been able to use them for awhile.

Thought this would've been a great idea for my son who loved to be swaddled...I was wrong. The Velcro made the sleepsack not so comfy. It was also difficult to put on a squirmy baby. Returned the other, not impressed.

although this product comes in a variety of sizes and fabrics, we have the sage cotton one for our son born end of march (in Cleveland) and he is plenty warm in it. He knows it's time for sleep in this now! This swaddler is great cause for a newborn it's long enough to swaddle his legs. But he has lots of room to grow in it. Others we have are still really big for him (7lbs 2oz 19.5in) Would suggest to any new parent!!

I love this sleepsack. The swaddle feature is the best and keeps my son sleeping at night. The best part is that it's so easy to use, even Daddy can swaddle baby.

I am also a parent of 8 and wish this was around when my kids were babies. It really calmed the babies when they were preemies and helped them stay snug when they got strong enough to wiggle out of regular blankets

This blanket is a must have for infants. It truly makes all the difference in the quality of my son's sleep. It really does a great job at keeping his little flailing arms from waking him up. I love the fabric because it is warm yet breatheable. I received this as a gift at a shower, and went and bought a second one when my son grew out of the XS at around 12 wks.
