This sheet is a struggle to get on the mattress. I have other Carter sheets that fit great, but this jersey material just doesn't stretch much at all. It's only been washed in cold water and dried on low heat, but I'm always having to wrestle it onto the mattress. It's a bright, crisp white color, which I like. And it always comes out of the wash perfectly clean with only using baby detergent. The material is not the softest though. This sheet is just okay. I only use it when all of my other, softer ones are dirty. It's my backup sheet.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I really like these sheets because they are soft and easy to get on and off the mattress. Other sheets I've used have been a struggle to get on or have torn around the edges. My only complaint is that after 6 months they have started to get pills and I feel like I need to replace them. I guess they can't last forever! Overall I definitely recommend these over the others and they are worth a few extra dollars.

I washed them before putting the new sheets on, and they shrunk much less than the sateen sheets. I was still able to fit them over a standard crib mattress. They do feel soft.
