These dolls are amazing. Over the weekend, my daughter saw a commercial for the Dora Doll House and she wanted it, being that we were going to my husband's Uncle's for the weekend, we thought it would be a good idea to get her it. Until I got to the store and saw the price. I searched around and found the Royal castle and these dolls, unfortunately they didn't have Ariel, so we got Belle, Sleeping Beauty and Snowhite. Cinderella came with the castle. The price was much better. So I got this instead. My daughter is one of those MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY kids, and I didn't think that i would have 5 minutes to spend with the family. When we got to my Uncle's, i opened the box's. My 3 year old played with these dolls and the Castle from 11:30am until 6pm. They kept are busy and quiet all day, she was so well behaved and i was able to have some adult conversation and help my Aunt prepare dinner. GREAT GREAT GREAT... I am now lokoing for Princess Ariel and Princess Jasmine, to complete the collection... Even the teenage girls had fun playing with these dolls...

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING THIS.... Just beware that you don't get the item pictured. They changed the item, and now it is just the 4 princess with 4 extra dresses. The dresses are glittery and pretty, but not what you see in the picture. No shoes, no accessories, no little characters.
When I called about this, ToysRUs said they were going to change the picture right away to show the actual product. But its been weeks and they still have not.
So before you buy this item, you may want to look elsewhere, use the upc code, to see what you are actually buying.

    I bought this toy as a gift for my niece. Wow it was cheap looking. The dresses for the doll are plastic. She took them out of the box and toss them on the floor. Didnt even bother to play with them. She was not happy with it at all.

                My daughter has been playing with these since she was two and LOVES them!! She's never put them in her mouth!! Although they're fun, the dresses rip on the straps and three of her dolls heads have came right off with no problem when taking the dressed off. I'm very disappointed in the quality but they're cute and great for taking along anywhere. I agree with some also, it's a lot of stuff to try to keep together...but I kept one of the packages from cinderella so everything can be in a zipped bag for her.

                  I am going to get these for my daughter in april.
                  I have bought these dolls before and they were exellent.
                  If their heads pop off super glue them beleive me it works. so don't change them cause my daughter wants these same dolls.

                    My daughter was very excited to receive these dolls yesterday. She couldn't wait to take them out and to change their outfits. I should have listened to the other reviewers who had difficulty with these dolls because we had problems as well, all within 5 minutes of opening the box. Within 60 seconds, the sleeve on Cinderella's dress ripped, and I was the one putting the dress on for my daughter who is almost three and half. Several minutes later, Ariel's bikini top ripped in half. It's a shame because she really loves them. Thankfully she is still playing with them. I will be contacting Mattel today to complain. It's also a shame because they also make Polly Pocket who has similar clothes that you can change but we have never had a problem with the Polly Pocket clothes.

                      I should have listened to the other reviews. The dolls are a great idea but very poorly made. My three year old daughter was so excited to open them up and change the dolls into their different outfits. I kid you not that the box wasn't open 60 seconds and the sleeve on Cinderella's dress ripped, and I was the one who was putting it on for my daughter. 5 minutes later Ariel's shell bikini top ripped down the middle. Very disappointed, especailly since Polly Pocket is made in the same way and their outfits and accessories never ripped.

                      We received these as a gift last weekend. My daughter LOVES them, and they are adorable with all their little rubbery dresses, etc. The clothes are really hard for kids to get on, and they often break in the process of tugging. And 2 heads fell off thus far. My daughter is not happy, because she really liked these even better than her bigger dolls! So they need to work on the quality.
