After I had my 3rd child I figured we were done having kids...boy was I wrong. So I needed to replace just about everything including baby gates when child #4 came along. I remember the plastic gates that would break or fall down or the kids eventually learned to crawl right over and were no longer usable. Not with these gates!! I bought the 2 pack and they are still going strong after nearly 6 years of constant use! I no longer need them for my children but it sure helps keep the dog out of areas she doesn't need to be and I am no longer killing myself trying to climb a gate with a load of laundry or a crying child on my hip. These have really been put through the test with my kids hanging off of them and slamming them shut. They are still up...we still use them and I love them!

I used these two gates for our infant and crawler rooms and they are wonderful!! I'm very pleased with the outcome. They are functional and keep our little ones safe.

This product is wonderful, the gates keep out cats and dogs from entering where the baby is. Too high for my cats to jump it and the dog would never attempt it. I recommend these gates to anyone, they are wonderful to have.

This product is great for keeping cats out of baby's way. They can't get into the nursery because the gate is too tall for them to jump. Since they are 5 and 10 months old they can't squeeze through either.My 5 year old can open them so I dont worry about always having to help her. They lock by themselves although it took some adjusting to get that feature just right.My only complaint is that when I went to move them to another location the stickers on the caps removed the paint from my doorway. When i repositioned them I used the caps agaon but with no adheasive. They still work great.

I am throughly pleased with these gates. We got them for our future baby's room and our room to keep the dogs out of the bedrooms. They were VERY easy to install and are working great so far. The extra tall gives me a piece of mind that my dogs can't just jump over the gates like other regular sized gates. Definitely recommend these gates!!

I love these gates! I bought them to keep my toddler safely in the living room. They are simple to install and operate. They are self-closing, but one of my gates doesn't latch as easily as the other. One will close and latch on it's own. The other one doesn't always catch when it closes so you have to be sure to close the latch.

I recommend checking the tension occasionally as I had one work it's way lose, but it was easy to put back in place.

These gates look great too. I have gotten lots of compliments on them.

When I needed and extra tall, heavy duty baby gate for 5 growing Great Dane puppies, this one is the only one to fit the bill! Tall enough that they couldn't flip it or jump it and metal so that they wouldn't chew it. The only difficulty for us is the automatic closure. If we want to keep the area open while we are home, the gate has to be bungeed open. I would definitely recommend this product and we will for sure buy more when the need arises.

I still love this gate for my 12 month old and 11 month old, for the moment. Yes I know its confusing, Its called fosterparenting. But my boston terrier has figured out how to lift the bottom of the gate door up and open the door with his nose.Which makes it kind of useless since it won't be long before the kids are watching and waiting for the dog to open the gate to freedom

We use this gate to keep our 20 month old out of the laundry room. It is tall enough that it should work for a couple of years. The taller gate we have does not always latch be hind us as will as the shorter ones, but we do not have her right behinde us when we go in and out so we can take the time to check it more than the ones in the kitchen and living room. I would recoment this to anyone in need of a gate.

We have a large boston terrier who can jump about five feet high and he has not jumped this gate yet. Its a little tricky to get it level on all sides so the gate shuts on its own, but be patient you will get it. The black is very modern looking.You just lift up the gate and it opens easily no latchs or handles to move.
