I should first say this is really cute. The colors are feminine, and it seems perfect. But when you spend a lot of money on a toy, you expect more than cardboard, which is what the extremely small sink is made of. And almost immediately, the frame dented, making the house sag. To top it all off, there is not enough room for even very small children to play in adequately. I just wished I had passed.

This house met my expectations when it came to the size and how my daughter likes it as a full closed in house,but when it came time to put it together it was not so pleasant. It takes two people at least,but once you see it,it will be worth it. Your daughter will LOVE IT!

Isabel my 7 year old choose to spend her birthday money on this cottage. And the girls love it. It is so pritty and well made. We choose not to buy the matching foods as I felt they were quite expensive for what you got so we bought foods and gadgets from another kitchen line.( who even knows) Anyhow its is very large and stores nicely. I think it was a good buy.

We love this house. My little girl never seemed to play with one toy everyday just on anf off, but not this. she plays with this everyday. I set it up by a big window for light and put it with a slide she gose in the door and down the slide all day long she loves her house and loves how we made it in to a fort. this was the best toy we ever bought for her.

We bought this for our daughter's 3rd birthday. She loves it!! It was pretty simple to put together and it's adorable. The only thing that I was disappointed in and worry about is the door. It is cardboard inside of the material so it is pretty flimsy which I'm not sure will withstand constant usage from a rough 3 year old. And the door doesn't line up perfectly, but really in all reality that doesn't matter. It's super cute and my daughter loves it. We would definitely buy it again.

I bought it on a clearance- I would not have paid full price for it- The video was great to put it together. The assembly was easy, putting the fabric cover on was a pain and took 2 people. It is precious and I think my girls will ove it and use it as a fort. I wish the accessories were not so expensive!!

i bought this for my daughters first birthday and relize she won't be able to play with it for a few months, but she likes to turn the knobs on the sink right now and my 5 year old son thinks it's cool. i didn't think it was that hard to put together. the pictures made it clear for me. i also got the cherry blossom market and that was easier but like i said not too hard. the only thing that i didn't like is the poles didn't fit together all the way. very cute and i know my daughter will love it.

My 3 year-old loves it! She puts both pieces together and closes herself inside. You might need a little help putting it together because you really have to stretch the material to get it over the frame. It's really cute- the accessories are surprisingly small, but still cute and really fit perfectly inside. I would buy it again! If you want to get it out of the way, you can put one part inside the other and push it against the wall- great feature.

This is a great playhouse, and it is very easy to put together. I was hesitant to buy it because of how difficult everyone said it was to put together, but it took me and my husband about 30-45 minutes to put it all together. My 2-year-old LOVES it and enjoys using the stove for her "mailbox". We pass the mail back and forth through the slot in the door---Great for the money!
