We purchased this item for our grandson who had saw it in the Toys R Us in another state. He was very excited when he opened this gift and saw his firetruck. The truck and accesorries are nicely sized for small hands, but big enough not to be a choking hazard. He had lots of fun playing with it while he was here and now is enjoying playing with it at home. We have 4 generations of volunteer firefighters in our family and now our little grandson is in training with his little truck to be the 5th generation :). The only drawback is that only one firefighter figure comes with the set. Now searching to see if it's possible to buy additional firefighters that will fit into the truck. I would purchase this again and recommend it to others.

Grandson is two and a half and loves cars & trucks, especially those that make noise. He imitates the sounds. This vehicle has pretty authentic sounds for a toy, is easy and safe for little hands to use. It is one of his many favorite toys..

My son and all the little boys that come over to play fight with him over this firetruck. They just love it. The sounds are realistic and the size is just right, not too big and not too small. We left the cones and one fireman strapped in with the packaging wire and that has done wonders for not loosing the pieces as well as keeping it looking play-ready.

My son loves this firetruck. I realize that five might seem too old to love Little People, but he still plays with all his sets and loves them all. Worth the money, and lots of imaginative play time.

My son who is 17 months loves this toy. I think this was a good choice for his first fire truck. The Little People toys are well made.

The old fogey in me was very skeptical of these new-fangled posable Little People. Why did they have to go and ruin a perfectly good design? But actually, my kids seem to like them more than the old ones.

The new figures are lot easier for my one year old to fit in their seats than the older version that required a lot of force to push together. And my four and a half year old likes to have the policeman and fireman have conversations together while they hold their accessories and guard various imaginary "jobsites". Fisher Price really makes great toys...
