I agree with many comments that the strap is difficult to adjust, but I like it more than the maya wrap that I was using before- because I was constantly readjusting it because it slowly slipped through the rings. I also agree that baby looks squished and can't see out of it- and my baby screamed when I first put him in it. Then he calmed down and now loves it- I wear it all the time. He likes that the light is not too bright in there and he can see out. He is usually asleep in it, or wide eyed, looking through the small opening. When I peek in to check on him, he looks like a content little creature in a cave. It does hurt my back though, so i can't over wear it, but it sure calms him down when nothing else will. If your baby doesn't seem to like it at first, start walking around, and that movement will calm them down. Its much easier navigating around the grocery store or any store with this sling as opposed to a stroller!

This is a good product. It is easy to put my son into the sling (he is strapped in with a built-in safety harness). I have used this sling inside the house and have brought him outside with it. It is nice carrying him around inside it because people are less likely to want to touch him and spread germs. I also like that it is black because I am a man and don't love wearing pinks and purples.

I thought this would be more comfortable than the front/back carriers,but it was very uncomfortable. I felt like my son's face was constantly covered. The way the babies lay in this product is very awkward.

my son loves this sling he falls right to sleep and it reminds him of the womb but my problem was adjusting the strap and not enough padding by his head

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I bought this to make my life easier, and it did everything but! It offers NO support for baby. I put my son in this for about 2 minutes and had to take him out. His head was forced down into his chest and he couldn't breathe. The weight is not distributed, rather, entirely centered on your shoulder. Your back will kill you after you wear this. But probably the most irritating thing... this is not designed to free up your hands for chores. There is nothing supporting the sling to your body; everytime you lean forward, baby leans with you. Forget picking up laundry, toys, older children, etc...
Do yourself a favor, buy something that is going to secure baby better and save your back. Don't buy a sling, buy a baby wrap.

I was not happy with the way my baby was positioned once placed inside. Her head and body appeared to be very uncomfortable and even with folding a blanket up and putting under her back, she still looked uncomfortable. I also found it difficult to place her in because the strap would always cover her face or eyes.

I have given it for gifts on many occasions and all my friends as new mothers have great things to say about it helping them to bond with their babies. Also, when the babies get bigger, it makes a great bag or diaper bag!

When this product was first bought for me, I thought it would be a wonderful thing to try out. When I first tried it on, I could not adjust the carrier long enough to make it comfortable for me to hold my daughter in . I'm 5'9" and the sling hangs way too high on my body. When I put my daughter in it, she appeared uncomfortably squished, and her head was not supported very well. She only let me carry her in it for about 10 seconds before she started screaming and wanted out. I would not recommend this product.

This sling is great. I got it when my daughter was 3 weeks old. As soon as I put her in it she goes to sleep. With having 2 other kids this makes my life a lot easier when we are shopping or just going for a walk. I definitely recommend this product!

I love this product, at first I was a little concerned that our baby would not like it, but after putting him in there and walking around for a minute or two he was out like a light... Like magic. One two three and just like that he would fall asleep. Also very comfortable and less strain on my back.
