My kids (ages 2 & 4 yrs.) love this dollhouse. It comes fully furnished and it's very durable. We've had this dollhouse for 2+ years and it still looks exactly the same despite hours and hours of play. I like the aesthetics of it so I don't mind keeping it in the living room for them to play. I tend to gravitate towards more low-key toys without all of the noises, stickers, etc. which enables my kids to use more of their imagination- I've walked in on them pretending that the house is a pirate ship, a hotel, a school, a museum, etc.
