At first I couldn't understand the hype, because after all it's just breast cream (more of a Vaseline consistency rather than "cream"). Not only does it soothe the nipples, but it is a wonderful lube for hand expression of milk. It's relatively expensive but totally worth it!

I have to pump breast milk for my son and this product is the only thing that soothes my sore nipples. Easy to apply, smooth and works incredibly well. Highly recommended for any nursing/pumping mom out there that gets sore nipples.

I'm 33 weeks pregnant, and I'd tried just about everything for itching. My doctor suggested I give this a try, and I figured I'll probably be using it once the baby is born, so I went ahead and got it.

Initially it was difficult to squeeze out of the tube, but now I leave it in the bathroom so it warms up from the steam given off from the shower. That has made it MUCH easier to apply.

I've found it curbs the itching all day and night. I'm confident it will be just as effective against cracking once the baby is born and nursing frequently.

I started using this item when I was on the verge of screaming everytime My baby latched on. After applying it everytime after two feedings I was already feeling better. This stuff is a must-have for any breast feeding mom. I used it constantly for about three weeks and am fully "healed".

When I was at the Hospital they gave me the Madela lanolin. My breasts were hurting so bad from blisters/bleeding still even with that, that I had to start pumping instead of actually breast feeding. I read some info from the la leche group in my area and they said to use Lansinoh, as it's the purest/no color/no odor lanolin on the market. Within a few hours of using it I felt a HUGE difference. After a few days of use I was completely healed FINALLY, and able to feed normally. I will never use another lanolin, especially after the AMAZING results I was blessed with. Read the info on the website. It doesn't get any better then this, plus it costs less then the other brands!!! :)

This creme is honestly a lifesaver. I brought it with me to the hospital and started using it shortly after my little guy was born. It helped me so much and still does to this day whenever my nipples are a little sore. I apply it after every feeding and by the next feeding, my nipples feel relieved. Honestly, this is the best product out there for breastfeeding mothers and the best part is, it's perfectly safe for the baby. I love it!

Bring this to the hospital. You don't have to wipe it off before nursing - just apply after each nursing to prevent and heal cracks. You need it for about the first 3 months or so. Only downside is that it's tough to get off of your fingers, so keep a towel nearby.

This stuff is sticky but it does work. My complaint is that it stains your clothes, bra or anything else it comes in contact with.

Yes, this is thick and greasy, but it feels so good on sore, cracked nipples. I don't know what I would have done without this the first month of breastfeeding. It truly was a lifesaver, and probably was what helped me stick with breastfeeding. During those first few weeks, I could totally notice a difference if I missed an application or two...ouch!
