Colorful and spiderman. Lightweight, cheaply made. The switch to turn on the flashlight does not stay on once pushed. So if your child wants to use it for any length of time its NO GOOD because they would have to hold the button for a long time. And the on off button is hard to switch on/off.

I bought this falshlight for my 3yr old son. He loves flashlights and spiderman. So it was idea for his birthday. Batteries don't last long when a 3yr old is using it but he loves it. THe switch is very easy to turn on and off and it's bright enough he can look for "monsters" in any dark corner of his room.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
