I love buttpaste above all other diaper creams! It is the only cream I have ever used on my sons and never had a problem. Clears redness up in 1-2 days, doesn't burn baby when rash is present never made baby whimper when it was applied, smells natural not like the strong medicine smell of other creams, doesn't dry skin it's all natural, overall the best cream I know of. I have worked in childcare for years and have seen every diaper cream imaginable used. I notice when babies have a bad burnt rashy bottom the white medicines creams like Destin make them cry because it burns them worse. I swear by this cream it is natural fast healing and soothing. It's good to use even regularly with diaper changes as a preventative measure.

This product works well. It keeps moisture away from baby skin and clears up rashes quickly. Small tube travels well anywhere. We use the larger tub container at the diaper changing station. We recommend this brand.

The first diaper rash product we tried did not work, so we switched to Boudreaux's. It heals diaper rash much more quickly. The key is to make sure you dry off the diaper area before you put the cream on.

My baby girl developed a diaper rash even after being changed continuously. She had red bumps and even raw skin. Took her to the pediatrician. Diagnosed with CONTACT DERMITITIS caused by the pH change of her own saliva due to teething. This paste is thicker than other ones and therefore provides better protection. This presentation is good for your diaper bag!

When my son was about 2 he got really bad diaper rash due to molars coming in. My sister in Law told me about the butt paste and I used it. LOVED IT! not only did it clear his rash up in a day but it didnt burn his bottom when I applied it either like some other creams. Yes it is costly but I assure you it it well worth every penny.

My daughter had a viral infection that was causing diarrhea at 8 months old. She had a horrible looking, bright red, bumpy rash that covered her entire diaper region. We were using A&D zinc oxide with no success. I was hesitant to use this, because the active ingredient is the same, but I decided to try due to its excellent reputation. Within 24 hours, her bottom looked perfect again. I was shocked it worked so quickly. I will never use anything else gain.

My newborn is breastfed and had a horrible diaper rash that just would not go away. I tried everything under the sun to try to kick it, but just when I thought it was going to heal up, it consistantly reared its ugly head!
This product is the only thing that took it away (pretty darn quickly, as well) and KEPT it away!
