The product is very simple to use:open pkg, plug into outlet, protect. However, my 22mo son can pull them out of all the outlets with a great deal of ease! I would recommend plate covers instead.

These work a little too well. Our 18 month old twins can't get them out, I can't even get them out. We bought a package of the kind with the tabs that you push in to remove the cover just for a few outlets so I don't have to break my nails when I need to vacuum.

There are other options out there that have a "tab" on them that make it easier for adults to pull them out of the outlets. But for the price, these are perfectly adequate.

I was excited to get these since they were clear. However, after placing them in only 2 outlets I decided it was already time to return them to the store. The prongs are too wiggly and the plastic is too thin. I had to be really careful when removing them. I have no doubt these would break off inside the outlet if pulling them out often to plug something else in. I will be buying new protectors with sturdier prongs.

My husband and I bought these because they are clear and you can't really notice them in the outlets. However, over the past few months in the outlets we use frequently, the plastic prongs have broken off in the plugs rendering them useless. So far this has happened in six different outlets and we had to have an electrician come to replace them. My advice is to buy the soft plastic plug covers that are white or ivory even if they are more noticeable.

The product is ok, it's supposed to cover the outlet and it does its job. Kids would never be able to get those outlet plugs out because I'm having serious problems when I need to do it. Best if you're no going to use the outlet you're covering with the plugs otherwise have fun gettig them out. Overall I like this product.
