                  This is my 18 month old son's favorite book. He loves to look through the pages and we talk about what's in the different pictures. Every night when we read it again before he goes to sleep - he seems to have picked up a new word from the day before! I've also realized it's helping me to understand his toddler-speak much better because he's pointing to a specific picture and saying the word he thinks is associated to it. For example "ele" is "elephant" to him and out of the context of having him point to the elephant's picture in the book and saying "ele", I wouldn't have known what he was talking about. Likewise, I found out that he thinks a TV is called "Wiggies", which is his word for the Wiggles! We never turn the tv on except to watch the Wiggles, and I didn't realize until this happened that instead of saying "Let's turn on the TV", we say "Let's turn on the Wiggles!".

                  This book is not only adding to my son's vocabulary and knowledge every day, it's also helping me to communicate with him because I can understand more of what he's trying to say. I definitely recommend this book!

                    My 4 month old son enjoys looking at all of the pictures. They are bright enough and big enough to capture his attention. I like that there are so many pictures that it helps build more vocabulary for him.
