This 61-Key Lighted Keyboard from Yamaha® will have you up and playing in no time! Call up a song from the 100 songs built into the keyboard, select if you'd like to play the left or right hand part and hit Start. The keyboard will light up the key that you're supposed to play. And to make it even easier, the song will actually stop and wait for you to find the correct key! All of the tools you need are found in the keyboard, including how to play chords. With every instrument in the orchestra available to your, other features include a choice of 100 voices and a One-Touch Setting that selects what sound goes best with the particular style of music you've chosen.

My 9 year old son fell in love with this keyboard when he saw/played with it at the [...] So I jumped on it when I saw it on clearance at a ToysRUs that was closing...a deal I could not pass up! I got it for his bday & he has now had it for a few days, he loves it! It's so cool his 16 year old sister can't keep her hands off it. I like that there is volume control, and a lit up board, but the only thing I did not like is that it did not come with a power adapter. takes 6 AA batteries. I guess you can always buy one seperately. but other than that, I am happy with my purchase, and I didn't have to pay a fortune!

i used this keyboard all throughout my childhood at my grandparents house and never had a problem with it. now im almost 16 and going to buy one for my parents house. the batteries may not last long, but it is like that with almost every keyboard. Also it is amazing for the price. It has many well known songs such as My Heart Will Go On and Can You Feel The Love from The Lion King.

I like the overall idea of the product, except that the song selection is fixed and very limited, and I now have buyers remorse as I found there are more sophisticated versions of such devices for near the same price... ones that you can download songs for! The lack of a power supply was extremely disheartening and annoying, especially since batteries last for about an 2 hours.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
