For my baby shower, I received two blankets made from Koala and this is my favorite one. Like most Koala products, the material is very soft and seems to be very warm. Like another reviewer, I matched this blanket with a neutral color crib bedset called, "Sleepy Safari" made by Nature's Purest. I ended up decorating the nursery by using the blanket as wall decor and it matched perfectly. Please see my pics! Overall, I love this blanket!

I washed and dried this blanket just as it said to on the tag and even under low heat, it basically fried the material leaving it rough to the touch and not ideal for baby...Read complete review

I washed and dried this blanket just as it said to on the tag and even under low heat, it basically fried the material leaving it rough to the touch and not ideal for baby. I do NOT recommend this blanket for babies. I would recommend staying away from any blanket made from the same material because I have found they all do the same thing.

This blanket is the best! My son has had this since birth and he is almost 5 now. This blanket has been everywhere with us, he wants me to buy a new one just so he can have 2. It's made so well and has been washed a zillion times! You won't be disappointed if you buy it!!

My son is almost 2 years old and this is STILL his favorite blanket. The material where the giraffe is/the back has become a little pilly. It has held up so well. Because my son loves it so much it has been washed COUNTLESS times and the edges along with soft material on the front has continued to be as soft as ever.

I must admit, I love this blanket. Im due next month. It's going to be perfect for my newborn. At first I thought it was over priced, and since I needed a few blankets for my winter baby I decided to give it a try (I'm so glad I did )It's a thick blanket with super soft material,generously sized for a baby. This blanket is high quality, not flimsy and the animal designs are adorable. Perfect for a boy or girl. This blanket is a must for a winter baby. Give it a try, you'll be happy u did.
