Received as a shower gift- I thought it was really cute. The music doesn't work on it, so now I have to return it. I am getting the Boppy Bouncer Seat instead. The Sassy one doesn't have enough cushioning on it to be comfortable and the headrest is more of a thin pillow than something to actually help babies keep their heads steady. I had to put my Boppy headrest in it- but he still didn't like it.

My sister recommended I get this particular bouncer because she had it and loved it. It is terrible. My son is only 3 weeks old and it is already broken. I don't know if there is a short in the wiring or what, but the vibrate feature works whenever it wants, which is almost never when I need it to, and the music player is either staticky or sounds like a car ran over it. I will never buy another product from this company.

I love this bouncer. It is sturdy and easy to clean. You just pull of the seat and throw it in the washing machine. The music is fun and entertaining. The toy bar comes off easily so you can easily get baby out of the seat with no problems. I remove the toy bar all the time so my son can watch his Baby Einstein DVDs or for feeding.

We are first time parents and were anxious to get a seat, I didn't read any reviews...boo! I wouldn't have bought had I known that the vibrating shuts off after 10 minutes! Our 3wk old baby will fall asleep in it with the vibrations but then wake as soon as it shuts off! Very frustrating! Also, it goes through batteries like crazy! And the music rarely works! [...]

UNFORTUNATELY I HAD THROWN AWAY THE BOX IT CAME IN WHEN I GOT TO USE IT, OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE RETURNED IT. THE MUSIC NEVER PLAYED! THE TOY BAR COMES OFF SO EASILY. THE CONTROLS ARE AT BABY'S FEET-BAD IDEA. THE COVER IS WASHABLE BUT ALREADY SO TAUT I KNOW IT WON'T SURVIVE MANY WASHES. WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING IT ON MY REGISTRY.

This bouncer is nice when the vibration setting works. The problem is it has only worked about 4 times. We are taking this back for a different one. We have had it it for about 2 weeks.

at first i had no problems but then i took it apart and reassembled it after i moved and it no longer worked. the legs did not re-lock and it fell apart when i put a blanket in it. thank god my child was not in it. DO NOT buy this item!

This was the cutest bouncer I had seen so I got it for my son. It broke after the first week of using it. I have contacted Sassy each time it broke and so far they have sent me 3 new motors for the bouncer. Well it broke again and I broke down and bought a different bouncer. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I would definitely say a bouncer seat like this is a must-have, whether you choose this one or another. We chose this because of the adorable Zanzibar pattern and cute little animals that hang down. Our twins sit in these every day and I don't know what I'd do without them! The covers are easy to slip off and machine wash. They are a little tricky to get back on, but it's not too bad. I like how the toy bar goes off and on easily. Also, the animals are hanging by Velcro and can be easily removed and replaced with other small toys. Babies can just be set in these seats, but it's best to buckle them in if they will be there long so they don't slide down. My boys kick the buttons and turn the vibrations and music off and on, which they seem to enjoy. Sometimes it's annoying how the buttons always get bumped accidentally - it might be better if they were positioned somewhere else. The bottom line is that these cute seats have just the right amount of bounce and provide hours of entertainment. They are great for naps, bottle feedings, photos, and playing. Our boys are 3 months old and love these bouncers.

My LO likes this but I think it could be better. It's stable enough, which is good! The toy bar is very bland though. I usually have to add things to it - things that make noise and have lights! It is easy to move around the house. For the price, it's good.
