This was a perfect "Easter Bunny" gift for our 17 month old son! He absolutely loves it. He literally climbs in and out of his car multiple times a day, and beeps the horn when he's ready to be pushed around!!. We push him in the house, but this is perfect for a walk outside on a beautiful day. The steering wheel assembly was the only thing that gave us a little trouble when putting it together, but we called Step2, and they were more than willing to help. We are very satisfied customers!

The instructions for this toys are confusing at best, just pictures, no descriptions. And the pictures lack details to understand how the parts are oriented when you're assembling them. Also, there were holes drilled in the plastic they weren't completely drilled out, or the hole was too small for the part to be inserted. I had to file out a bunches of the holes.

A final insult to injury, parts were missing. All the screws for assembly weren't included and I need to contact customer service for replacements.

Overall, very disappointing.

I originally bought a used push around buggy when my son was 9 months, and my whole family loved it! (Other than the noisy wheels) Then i read about the whisper ride with the quiet wheels, so i decided to upgrade, and it is perfect in every way,
My now 13 month son runs to the car every time he sees it, can get in and out if it by himself and makes car noises as he waits for us to push him. When its time to come out of the whisper ride he holds on so tight to the steering wheel that he picks the car up when we pick him up. He loves it so much!
When we take the whisper ride to the store everyone (kids and adults) have so much to say about the car being cool and stylish and functional.
We love the whisper ride 2 and take it every were we go!

Very good produt. My son likes it very much. We take him around our community and he feels very happy.

however, step2 should provide a better package for delivery becuase when I received it, I found there is NO any package/padding material for parts inside the box...

Our son loves it so much , this one is very Quiet , we have another one with different wheels , that one is smaller and more noisy on the road , the only problem is the storage is a little small ( the other one has more space ) because they added 2 cup holders , some kind of design inside the storage so it is not flat in there , can't really put stuff in there , other than that it is a great piece , we all love it .

We use this car everywhere and my 8 month old loves it. He enjoys this car alot more that a stroller. he plays around with the steering wheel but cant quite honk the horn yet but he trys. I love the cup holders and the folding handle is great for easy transport or storage.

My son got this as a gift for his 1st birthday! He absolutely loves it as do I!! We use it for going on walks, grocery shopping, going on outings like the park and zoo! We love the cup holders and storage compartment to bring along anything he may need!

My 17 month old son loves this car. I bought it for him to cruise around the neighborhood instead of having to always strap him into the stroller for a walk. He likes beeping the horn and waving to anyone who walks by. He also likes to get out of the car and use the handle to push it along sometimes as well. Great purchase!

Great for kids who do not want to sit in their stroller for long periods of time, the item itself if pretty bulky and doesn't fit well in trunks like the pictures leed you to believe and the parent cup holder is flimsy and hazardous. The first time we used it I had a cup of ice and soda and put it in the cup holder since that's what it's there for and the entire cup flipped over and fell on to my daughters head and back, she didn't get hurt or scared but what If that was my cup of hot coffee!!! Now we NO longer use the cup holder!!

family, we purchased a double stroller. Lulu doesn't mind riding in it most of the time but sometimes she's antsy and wants to get out, however, she isn't quite ready to walk as much as we're out and about. When she sees me carrying baby Scout in the sling, she doesn't want to be the only one in the stroller. The Whisper Ride II , a ride-on car from Step2 has been a fun alternative to the stroller.

Whisper Ride is a very appropriate name for this toddler sized ride-in toy because it's very quiet as you walk along. It maneuvers easily, has a built in seat belt for safety and THREE cupholders. One of my favorite things about pushing a stroller around are the cupholders for parents, Step2 included one self balancing water bottle holder for the adult pushing and two sippy cup sized cup holders within reach of the "driver". The "hood" of the vehicle opens to provide storage space! When we are away from home, we pack a diaper, wipes or snacks. At home, Lulu puts her animals and other toys in there.

The Whisper Ride is very easy to take along in the car; the handle folds under the vehicle and then fits easily into the back of our car. I was most impressed that I could fit the Whisper Ride into the trunk of my tiny Saturn Vue WITH the double stroller, and there was a lot of room for the rest of our necessary "kid gear". Since it is so easy to bring along, we take it everywhere and people have started recognizing us when we're out. We take the Whisper Ride with us to the mall, the park, down the street, concerts, church — everywhere! Lulu goes absolutely NUTS when other kids come over and check out her "ride". NUTS!

Reasonably priced, easy for adults to assemble and available in pink or blue, every kid (50 pounds or less) needs one of these!
