Love the realistic role playing experience with Medival Castle & Knights. I glued the draw bridge pieces together to overcome the frustration of our 4 year old grandson asking us to fix them every 5 minutes. It works great! I do wish the walls had some way to attach them together, but love the room for creativity in designing your own castle. I plan to purchase another castle to expand the playing area. I would highly recommend this toy for children of all ages (including their parents). We name our knights after the infamous Knights of the Round Table to add a little history to our role playing. This is a great educational toy for boys or girls for hours of enjoyment & a collection that will grow with them.

Was very pleased with size and quality. But, the drawbridge comes apart very easily if you pick it up at all. It's actually 3 pieces, the floor, the drawbridge and the arch. Wish it was one piece. Also, there is no way to hook the pieces together. You can set the walls up next to each other, but the minute the kids start playing with it, they move all over the place. I like that you can set it up in different configurations, but they need to invent some sort of way to hook them together, so that the kids aren't knocking the walls apart when they play.

My son, who is now six-years-old, received this castle for Christmas last year. He received a ton of toys (he has unopened boxes from last year) however this is one of the toys he has played with every day over the past year. He enjoys making different configurations and his imaginations soars. It would be very nice to have more pieces to make the castle larger but he continues to find a new way to build his castle daily. He enjoys playing with all the horses and knights and uses his imagination to come up with battles between them. This castle has been able to withstand very frequent and heavy play. It's nice appearance makes it very easy to have as a part of our main living area. Great toy!!

This product, despite it's high price, only came complete with two walls. That conflicted heavily with the image it puts out. My daughter and son would never allow me to return it, now, however.

My son loves his castle, he plays with it quite often and loves making up stories with the knights. He also likes that he can reconfigure the pieces to go along with his imagination. You can also order supplement pieces to enlarge your castle. We have been completely happy with all our Schleich purchases.

Nice material, nice design. However from the photo on the box - and just common sense expectations - you would think it would come with 4 walls. Nope, only 2. So we had to put it up against a couch and chair to give it 4 walls. I would have returned it in disgust but Kyle likes the concept and the 2 walls so much I can't bear to. Ridiculous, for spending almost [...]!

My 10 year old son got this Castle for Christmas and he loves it!! It was easy to set up, and you can change the way it looks by just moving pieces around...It is so life like looking...The only problem is that he wants/needs more pieces of the castle to make it bigger, more spacious.. He plays with this a lot, and it is great for his imagination...I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality castle, one that will last for years and years...can even pass it down.
