          I remembered this one from my childhood and that I liked it. I bought and watched with my 3 year old, and she was pretty clear that she thought the movie was scary. So I'm going to hold off on showing this one again for a couple years... otherwise as expected and a fair bit of entertainment.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

              This movie is not for young children. The content of this movie was surprising since the toys are for toddler age. Very disappointing!!!

                  Me and my brother used to watch this movie so much as kids, we would recite the whole film word for word when we weren't watching it. Now I get to share it with my daughter,and she loves it as well :) It's classic 80s where the writing is good, the songs are catchy, and it's just fun. I'm glad I can watch it again!

                    I almost didn't get this because of the review about the complaint that they say "shut up" in this movie.I didn't remember that from when I was a little girl so I bought it anyway.It is a witch that says shut up, not the ponies and it is not offensive at all.This really is a wonderful movie to sit and bond with your daughter.Please don't decide to not purchase it because of that other review.This movie teaches postive attitude and watching out for friends.So glad that I bought this , it is my daughter's favorite now!

                        I was extremely displeased when I heard the words "shut up" in the first 5 minutes of this movie. I can't honestly say if it's a good movie or not because we didn't watch any further.
                        Just think parents should be aware. I don't really want my 3 year old saying shut up.

                          I remember watching this movie as a 4yr old and I loved it and so did my kids. It's great to share something that I really loved as a kid with them.

                          Note: I wouldn't recommend this movie for kids under 4 but if your kid can handle Barbie as Rapunzel and Barbie in the Nutcracker they probably won't have a problem with this.

                          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
