The Safety 1st® Baby on Board Flip-Down Childview Mirror allows parents to keep an eye on a front-facing child while driving. I love this mirror I've had it for 5yrs and now i have to order a new one as my father borrowed my car and lose the rubber, mirror stays up unlike suction cups best mirror disappointed that safety stopped making it.

Pros: It is cheap and I can see in the back seat.

Cons: It was very difficult to figure out the installation and the image in the mirror is tiny and a bit blurry

Overall: The mirror works for what I had intended, and I can see if my kids are up to no good, but the detail is not there for me to see if the baby's head is slumped down in her seat (using both this mirror and an additional mirror attached to her seat).
The directions for installation make it seem really easy but it took me a long time to figure out how the hooks actually attach to my mirror (Honda Odyssey) and with it tight enough to hold on, it was quite tricky to install.
Overall, I'd say it does the job it was intended to do, but it doesn't do it well, it's simply o.k. I think I was just as happy tilting my rearview down for a few seconds every now and then as I have been using this product.

It fits perfectly on my Toyota Highlander rear view mirror. The price was right. VERY sturdy construction and easy to install. I am able to see both of my children in the back seat. I'd recommend this item to anyone! A MUST have for daily driving, but essential for long road trips.

I'm wondering if those who had touble with installation didn't understand directions. The rubber thing just goes around the stem of your mirror and then attaches to the bottom very simply holding it on with pressure. There's no reason that I can see why it wouldn't work on most/any size mirror in any vehicle.

I found that the product was fairly easy to install and the mirror quality was OK, however, it doesn't seem to be very sturdy. I will be returning it to the store A.S.A.P. because it didn't fit on my mirror at all. I have a mirror that is a bit chunkier than most because it has sensors in it to control the headlights. This mirror might work on a regular mirror, but it doesn't work on mine. The hooks to hold the mirror in place don't seem to be as well designed as they could be either.

It does not fit on either of our cars, plus it doesn't work. The strap that your suppost to latch on to mirror does not hook. It slips off and so you can't even install the mirror. It's a piece of trash. WASTE OF MONEY!

Easy to install, can be easily oriented to see the child.
However, it's very ineffective (it's hard to see the child).
It attaches to the existing mirror, which makes the image shake at car vibration. The mirror is convex, which makes the baby image smaller. Do not believe the baby image on the package - it does not reflect the reality.
I ended up returning it after 3 minutes. I guess I should have read these reviews first...
