My son absolutely loved it when he was a baby. It was one of his favorite toys. Will buy a new one for our daughter when she is born. I just don't like that you can't change the battery when it runs out. Overall, it's great!

Bought this for our son, not as a teether but for sensory input. He was diagnosed on the Autism spectrum and with Sensory Processing Disorder. The constant 'need to chew /mouth objects' was handled by this teether. It helps to calm him and gives him the sensory input he craves.

It's so much more than just a teether!!!
Our first one purchased lasted nearly 2 years, so the fact that the battery can't be changed is a non-issue.

Our son started teething very early (2 months), and we were desperate for remedies by the time his first tooth came in at 4 months. A friend suggested we get a vibrating teether, and we're so happy we did! When his teeth are really bothering him, he looks for his star and chews on it. He's not 10 months old with 8 teeth; we never would have survived those teeth coming in without it!

"Star Teether" was originally recommended to me by a coworker, who swore by it with her two daughters. My daughter enjoyed it for it's teething purposes as well as the vibrating. It was the only teether that would soothe her. I now recommend it to other girlfriends.

Our son started teething a couple of months ago & although it look a little while for him to get used to the massaging action, once he did, he loved it. BUT...it stopped working today & there is no way for me to replace the battery. He has 3 teeth coming in on the top right now so we really are sad it's stopped working.
