These Playtex Drop-Ins Silicone Fast Flow Nipples are designed for use with the Playtex Drop-Ins System. All Playtex Drop-Ins System bottles come with a Playtex NaturaLatch nipple that encourages proper latch on for baby to prevent her from taking in air. It has a wide base and a raised, textured area that helps encourage switching between breast and bottle. This medical grade silicone nipple holds its shape and can be repeatedly sterilized. The NaturaLatch nipple has been clinically shown to be similar to the breast. The Fast Flow rate is appropriate for babies 6+ months.

I first bought Playtex products 5 years ago, for my oldest child. I chose Playtex drop-ins because I breastfed and only needed bottles occasionally. My children never had trouble with gas or spit-up; I do not know if that was due to the bottles letting excess air out as the baby drank, or if it was simply lucky genetics. Regardless, we've stayed with the product ever since, and now choose to use it for baby 3, arriving in two months. The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is because now there are many products available BPA free and "environmentally friendly", I may have chosen differently. But for ease of use and affordability, I'll stick with Playtex! It's also nice that you can use cheaper, generic liners for these bottles.

We love the Playtex drop-in bottles. After we finally switched the FAST nipples, my husband tought it was not fast enough for the baby and tried to make the openning just a little larger. Yes, it helped to finish the bottle faster but baby wasnt comfortable at all. So, this operation only ruined the first nipples we bought. Had to go back and get new ones. Baby is now 8 months old and she is still comfortable with it, in my opinion.

        I'm sure these work, but my daughter wouldnt take any bottle nipple, so i tried silicone. unfortunately these aren't transferable to other bottles. she finally took the Advent so we are using those now.

          I overall really liked these nipples because after using them for a few months, they don't stink real bad like the rubber nipples do. They are much easier to clean too. Would definitely buy again though.

              These last wash after wash. They have a softer feel as well which is much more comfortable for baby. A nipple brush is not necessary to clean these bottle nipples. Great for breastfeeding moms who may not be around at a feeding so another caregiver can feed baby without the worry of baby being confused with a bottle nipple. Baby can easily switch between bottle and breast.

                    Works great. Daughter graduated from slow flow, to medium to finally the fast flow. We have both the Playtex Ventair and the Drop In bottles and love that the parts are interchangable. Reasonablly priced and wash up well. No complaints. I would buy them again and probably will.

                        this nipple es better than the latex, they last longer, and become "crunchy" like the latex ones. You do have to be careful washing then to get all of the residue from the milk or juice, but you have to do that with all nipples.
