I use this to back up the one I received with my Medela pump. It fits in the cooler and allows 4 bottles to be cooled without sacrificing much space. It's best use is that if I happen to forget to freeze the one from the day before I'm not forced to use an ill-fitting replacement.

I agree. it does the job. I use 2 and place the bottles in between the curves when I know I will be out for a long time. The milk stays super cold.

I love these ice packs. They fit perfectly into all the coolers that I have to carry breastmilk if I need to keep it cold. These ice packs keep bottles cool for over 12 hours in my small cooler that came with my medela freestyle breastpump. I had one in the cooler all night after a late shopping trip and the next morning the cooler was still very cold. I would buy several to keep in the freezer. Love they will not get punctured and leak gel.

These ice packs are really fantastic. Once they are frozen, they seem to stay cold for an entire day. None of my other ice/freezer packs have half the shelf life that these do. I bought two extra to help me keep pumped milk cold while travelling overnight. My hotel accidentally put them in the fridge rather than a freezer overnight, but they still stayed cold enough to keep my milk cold on the cross-country flight home (in an insulated bag). I have done fine with only the icepack that came with my medela pump n style. Until this trip, I hadn't found an extra one necessary. But I am sure I will use these handy ice packs even after I am a nursing mom.
