Used these pads all through nursing my first baby - I never did stop leaking. These were absorbent and comfortable. Never had trouble with sticking or slipping. I did not use the adhesive backing - just made the fit worse. If you have a good fitting bra they should stay put. If things slip around check your bra fit. I am not crazy about the amount of packaging and the disposable waste, so I plan to use reusable pads for baby number two. But these did their job, and I never leaked even with copious amounts of milk leaking out.

its okay. The pads are wrapped indivually and compact but they dont seem to stay very well. They do have adhesive to them but theyre not sticky enough and tend to bunch up. They are, however, very absorbent but that doesnt necessarily keep me dry since its not sealed completly around the pad. Suprisingly, there are cutouts on opposite sides of each other where it would leak. if only they sealed the pad completely all the way around, it would be a great product.

Comments about Lansinoh Laboratories Lansinoh Ultra Soft Nursing Pads - 36 Count:

This is the best nursing pad I've used. I've tried Johnson, Medela, and Nuk too and Lansinoh is by far the best. It has great absorbtion and stays in place.

My kids are 15 months apart and these pads do not seem as strong/ durable as they were in early 2014. Thankfully they still get the job done, but the newer packaging makes it harder to get out of the plastic (I've torn several of the pads simply trying to unwrap them!). They also don't seem to stay in place as well as before. Overall, yes I would recommend them.

I'm fairly modest, and so while I have no problem with others nursing in public - I'm too shy to do it myself. So I keep this in my diaper bag all the time. I love the hole at the top to see how my baby is doing, and the fabric fits perfectly over me and the baby. I love it!

Ive used johnsons, medella, and lansinoh, and by far these are my favorite. Theyre not too thick like the johnsons (which are small, thick, itchy around the edges, and have their own nipple that can be seen thru thin bras & shirts), and theyre larger than medella. Prefect for anyone but especially d-cups or larger

I've only tried these and medela, but I like these better. I also have bamboobies reusable pads, which are nice, but I use these for over night because they are much more absorbent than a reusable pad.
