Used these pads all through nursing my first baby - I never did stop leaking. These were absorbent and comfortable. Never had trouble with sticking or slipping. I did not use the adhesive backing - just made the fit worse. If you have a good fitting bra they should stay put. If things slip around check your bra fit. I am not crazy about the amount of packaging and the disposable waste, so I plan to use reusable pads for baby number two. But these did their job, and I never leaked even with copious amounts of milk leaking out.

its okay. The pads are wrapped indivually and compact but they dont seem to stay very well. They do have adhesive to them but theyre not sticky enough and tend to bunch up. They are, however, very absorbent but that doesnt necessarily keep me dry since its not sealed completly around the pad. Suprisingly, there are cutouts on opposite sides of each other where it would leak. if only they sealed the pad completely all the way around, it would be a great product.

These pads work ok, and may be great for those who have some tenderness, but I found them to bunch up too much and not stick very well.

Comments about Lansinoh Laboratories Lansinoh Ultra Soft Nursing Pads - 36 Count:

I have tried many breast pads trying to save money, but I always come back to these. I need the absorbency to keep my nipples dry and the super soft cover to help me feel more comfortable. I seem to be prone to yeast infections on my nipples, so the dryer the better for me and for my babies.

I've tried many different nursing pads; however these are my favorite. They work great during those leaky moments, they're super soft & stay in place thanks to the stickers on top AND bottom! Definitely recommend.

One dislike- I don't like the way they are designed to open and how the adhesive is made to the individual wrapper.
                Otherwise I like them.

Comments about Lansinoh Laboratories Lansinoh Ultra Soft Nursing Pads - 36 Count:

Definitely a must on the registry. I use them as backups to my cotton nursing pads because while they are absorbent and convenient on the go, the cotton pads are much more comfortable when you are rolling up your shirt and bra to nurse or pump. These disposables stick to themselves and bunch up fairly often. The individual wrapping makes them ideal for keeping them in your purse or diaper bag for emergencies, but they make that much more garbage. I would suggest not using daily to protect your nipples too. They are absorbent which is good so you don't have to change your shirt, but they don't breath, so they will wear a lot harder on the girls. I like to have a week plus supply of cotton/reusable pads and I keep a couple of these in the car, at the office, in my bag, upstairs, downstairs, and at my friends house.
