This is a must have for any breastfeeding mom that has to use the occasional bottle. My son quit nursing because of nipple confusion with another type of bottle so I bought these and after using them just a day he started nursing again. I tell everyone I know to buy these if they are breastfeeding.

I absolutely love these bottles.i have a 4 week old,and could not breastfeed due to using a regular nipple,a playtex wide nipple,a soothie nipple..so i pump,then put into bottle..or use a shield.i was so worried i wouldnt be able to put him to breast,because of latch on issues,since birth.we have tried and tried.never correct latch after nipple confusion.now,after using these bottles for a day already..his tongue is now where it is supposed to be as well as him not using his gums /biting to express milk.the only issue before i put him to breast again,is his super strong suction,to the point he collapses the breast part of the bottle.this is from bottlefeeding.after this,i will be able to breastfeed normally,because he will know how to latch correctly.:) no leak issues as some say.read the directions.its simple.line up the tabs with 2nd nipple.nipples also fit soothie bottles!!:)

I wish I had known about these when my daughter was a baby. She flat-out REFUSED to take a bottle. When I returned to work, I was so determined to continue breastfeeding that we had to use a special feeding device. Now, with my son, we had the same problem with him refusing to take a bottle. I guess my kids are just picky. My lactation consultant recommended the breastflow bottles, and he took to it immediately! I'm so glad I have these now! I would absolutely recommend this product to any breastfeeding mother!

This nipple is wonderful! The leaking issue is only an issue if you try to use the nipple with a different bottle than the Breastflow bottle. I had to go back to work six weeks after she was born and started her on the nuk orthondontic wide mouth bottles. She immediately started having latching issues. Another new mom that I worked with suggested the Breastflow bottles and they stopped that issue in it's tracks! She's been using them ever since and because I'm in the Army she has to be in the daycare from 6am to after 5pm. That's a long time to bottle feed if you're trying to breastfeed as well. These bottles/nipples have been a life saver! Also, for the lady that complained about the milk getting into the outer nipple. It's designed to do that. That's why it has the drain holes for when you're baby is finished to return the milk back to the bottle. It is part of the compression/suction design.

Wonderful to use along with breastfeeding, using your breastmilk. Very natural, same sucking and compression as actual breastfeeding. Baby accepted with no hesitation. Fill bottle with expressed breastmilk and put on BreastFlow nipple. It's perfect and causes NO confusion to baby.

LOVE this product! Yea, it appears that the milk leaks into the outer nipple but, honestly? That isn't a problem. They still get the milk, it does not get wasted, they still have to use it like a natural nipple and if the outer nipple collapses, hey, it's better than actually getting punched in the breast--as my son tends to do, hence the pumping and bottle-feeding.

I thought these were a great idea and had read nothing but good reviews about them. Now that we've tried them, I'm not happy with them at all. The outer nipple collapses as my son is drinking from them and it seems to create a vacuum effect, I can hear a slight squeak/whistle as it struggles to let air into the bottle. I also have to remove the bottle from my son's mouth and squeeze the milk back down into the bottle to keep it from making a mess and allow the nipple to reshape itself.

i got this as a gift from a friend, and i was breast feeding and pumping and it seemed to be the perfect nipple as to not confuse the infant. the nipple squishes up as my baby ate and then it would be all over his face because of the sucking motion and the milk would just spread about his face because the nipple never stayed in shape. i found that the wide nipple playtex bottles that angled and had some air flow blah blah and/or the drop ins worked best for my babys eating needs and much easier to clean~! **THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT MADE FOR A CUTE PICTURE, BUT I FELT LIKE HE HAD MORE MILK ON HIM (HAD TO CLEAN MULTIPLE TIMES) THAN IN HIM~**

Great for breastfeeding babies. My baby would take in too much with other slow flow nipples and start to choke. With these, the baby has to suck and compress the nipple to get the milk. To all the others that say that the nipples leak, when you tighten the nipple, untighten it just a little and it doesn't leak. Always make sure the nipple is clean and dry.

I breast-feed and bottle-feed my baby. However, my daughter resisted latching on until i came across this brand. After resisting a little at first, she is used to this bottle and latches on with no problems. I replaced all of my bottles to this brand. One issue that i have is that if i don't twist the cap tightly there are leaks.
