Although I read several reviews saying that this humidifier was hard to clean and grew mold, I thought I would be one of the lucky ones, and wouldn't have a problem. I wish I had been right. However, this humidifier grew mold right away and was almost impossible to clean - I ended up using my bottle cleaner to try to get all the mold out (I still couldn't get it all and it started to stink). Bummer because it is cute.

It works great for a few minutes until it uses the water in the ultrasonic chamber then stops seemingly due to a vaccum in the main reservoir. Works again if you move the reservoir to allow more air in. Unfortunately I'd rather not do that all night long. Can probably jury rig but for the price I'm not sure it's worth it.

Humidifier worked for one night... Has not worked properly since, water just sits while still on (motor off) in a red light, only after you shake it will the light go back to green and start working for a few minutes to then go back to red... I've checked the water level as well as the water level sensor, we cannot figure it out!!! We do not recommend this item to anyone, save the yourself the headache and money!
Also manufacture does not recommend you returning it to store... They recommend that you return it to them!!! Which I cannot do because carton was thrown out!

This humidifier has worked very well for us in the past 2 months. I didn't use it immediately when my daughter was born, but when she moved to her own room, I noticed some congestion and began using the humidifier which cleared it up immediately. It is EXTREMELY quiet but still provides a nice lull for my daughter to sleep. Only complaints are that we have to have it on almost the highest notch for it to produce mist. Lower settings do not produce any mist. I love frogs, but it's a little large... like as big as the lamp in the nursery. My sister said it was a little freaky, haha.

This is the most adorable humidifier so you don't mind having it out in the open. It's so quiet too! You barely know it's on which was one of the top things I was looking for. But unfortunately it doesn't work as great as I'd like. We have a themometer in my daughter's room that has the humidity level. This humidifier brings the level up a little which puts it in the healthy breathing range but doesn't bring it high enough if she has a cold and is congested. I love it but think we need a better one! If you want this one for everyday use and can use a different one if your child is sick, I say go for it which might be the route I take.

Idk why theres complaints on here! I put this on my registry and rec'd it. This has been on every nite since baby has been home, for 9wks now! Its the best! Nothing in the room ever feels wet, I put it on full blast every nite! stays on through the night, Ive never had it shut off on me, Its lasted for over 12hrs until I shut it off.

This is simple to clean,I guess some people dont know how to clean one! Fill the tank with cold water and a tablespoon of bleach, put the cap back on and let it sit for about an hour.

Rinse thoroughly. Whatever cleaning solution you use, you must rinse your tank and cap at least three times to ensure that no chemical remnants remain. Then fill with water and proceed to use your humidifier.

simply use hydrogen peroxide on a little scrubby brush or old toothbrush to clean the inside. took me 1min to clean the inside of the base. I used a few qtips in the small spots!

This is seriously great, dont listen to the neg comments! oh and this is perfectly quiet. Not loud at all.

I've had this product for almost 2 years now and haven't had any problems with it. I've tried different brands before this one and they all leaked. This item never leaked and was very reliable when my son was sick. I would highly recommend it.

We have had the frog humidifier for at least two years now. It has always worked great for us and continues to do so. It is a little hard to clean if you do it correctly. I would buy it again and I have bought one as a gift for my sister who is expecting this month.

Works great, my girls love it, and it doesn't soak everything around it.
the only thing i think is annoying is it needs to be filled every day. it doesn't hold more than one night's worth of water.
