Purchased to use for 10 month old infant with eczema on face, legs, and arms. Within just a few hours there was a dramtic improvement. No other products provided the relief that triple cream did! I used it on my severely dry and cracked skin on my hands. True relief! It goes on a bit thick but provides relief like no other product! WOW, is how I describe it!! Also, it is truely fragrance free. Our cat could not even detect a smell of lotion on my hands.

I bought this product for my 3 year old neice. We have tried numerous of OTC products as well as prescribed ones, most will work for a short while and then again with the symptoms. I have to say this product has been the best in retaining moisture and consistant results. You will be able to see results within several days. I use this product to help control my 6 mth olds eczema on her arms and legs. Works well for this purpose. We only use prescription cream for occasional flare ups.

I love this cream. We tried hydrocortisone, Aveeno, Aquaphor just to name a few. We took a sample from our pediatrician's office and fell in love with it. All of our babies were born with eczema spots on one cheek and our son has it on his neck as well. He has been the worse and itchiest. Every other product just sat on his skin. This one absorbs well and shows the most improvement. I have looked EVERYWHERE for this product [...] I am glad to see we can find it at Babies R Us because I am down to my last sample tube! My husband and I have just recently been stationed in Japan, although I love it here the climate is horrible on our 18 month old daughters eczema. We tried all kind of sterroid, and other creams but nothing seemed to work. I just saw this online in some forum and decided to try it. She has only been using it for 3 days but there is already a definate huge difference. Her skin is smoothing out and she itches way less!

I read about this product on internet. I decided to give it a try fourth of july weekend 2010. I purchased it for myself that Friday night started using the cream on that night by Monday I was totally clear. I just applied it twice or three times a day, it seems to be working better than the prescription stuff.

It took a few days to kick in, have to apply A lot, but the results are great, my son has severe excema on his face, hands and body and this works great. after a week we startrf to apply it like regular lotion to control the excema and it WORKS
