I purchased this Cinderella set for my three-year old daughter for Christmas because she wanted Cinderella and Prince Charming. After reading other reviews I have to agree that the clothes are difficult for my little girl to get on and I sometimes end up "playing" with the doll more than she does doing wardrobe changes. I know with time her motor skills will get better and she will be able to do it on her own. For now we just have a rule that Cinderella only gets to change clothes once! When Cinderella has a dress on she does not fit in the carriage very well, but my daughter seems to make due. The pieces seem to be made well and we try to keep everything in the case it came in because they could very easily get lost since they are small.

I'd just like to add that these are nice because you can bring them along and they take up so much less space then barbies!

I wish I'd ordered 2 because the girls fought over it constantly from the time we opened the box. My 3yo had some trouble opening the carriage and dressing the dolls, but that's to be expected. We had trouble keeping the reins attached to the horse&carriage, as soon as I fixed them they'd pop right off again, so I hid them and the girls were fine with that...

We got our first set of these princesses in January at the begging of our three year old we've since added more. She LOVES them! They are played with daily. The coaches are sturdy, but only have room for one character and are a bit tricky to close at first. The reigns to the horses are also a bit tricky, but we don't play with them. She loves the dresses, we modified them by cutting the backs of the shirts straight down, and increasing the opening of the dresses. The shoes are small, but the deal was that she had to keep them away from the little one, and she has! We haven't lost one yet! Sparkles are everywhere, but that's part of the fun! I love that the only noises that come from this, are the ones that she makes! We got a tin lunch box to store them in, now she takes "the girls" nearly everywhere! She loves that these sets actually have the princess. The only way to improve these toys is to add the nemesiss!

My 3 year old has this set and she plays with it constantly. We've never had a problem with the carriage breaking or the dolls falling apart. I did find it a little odd that only one doll can fit into the carriage at a time, but my daughter doesn't seem to mind. She'll put Cinderella in the coach and have the price running behind yelling for her to stop. :) I did find that if you're having trouble getting the carriage doors to close, just close the door behind the doll first (to keep her upright) and then close the door in front. It works every time!

I have been very disappointed with this product as well. Upon opening the package we discovered the buggy was already broken. Then after one day of playing with the set the prince's legs became disattached from his body. My daughter loves figurines and we have some of the other little princess ones and have loved they way they have held up so am not sure why this happened to this set!? She was so thrilled to finally find a prince with the princess but that was short lived!
I should have read the other reveiw before I too wasted my money!

Alright. Let me preface this by saying that normally I really like Disney products. With that said, this carriage is very flimsy and my daughter is NOT rough with her toys. One of the doors came chipped and keeps falling off. When you try to move the carriage the horse tips over which makes the little ropes fall off. The ropes DON'T look like the picture, they are very rigid pieces of plastic, straight and not bent at all. Also, both of the dolls don't fit in. Only one at a time and when you try to bend Cinderella to sit her skirt keep falling off. The Prince is extremely generic looking and the set didn't come with any accesories for him! No clothing, nothing. It's sad cause the little dolls can't sit on the seat inside the carriage, they are too tall. And these are the dolls that CAME WITH the set! Overall, please don't make the same mistake I did. Take the [$] and spend on a worthwhile horse and carriage!
