I was looking for the Belle set with the same outfits and shoes like the movie. This set pictured looked perfect, but when it arrived, it was not the same as advertised. There were no removable shoes for Belle and the dresses/colors of the dresses were not the same as pictured. Very dissapointed.

My daughter absolutely loves these dolls! She gets hours of enjoyment out of them. However, we have purchased over 25 of them because their quality isn't very good. The hair or the head has come off every doll. I have had to hot glued the hair/head back on. I have purchased two of the sets that included the prince and the horse and carriage and within two days several pieces were broken. I called the manufacturer and had no luck with replacement or anything.

My daughter loves playing with this set. I'm glad we went with this one, since it includes Beast, a horse and carriage. The clothing was a little tricky for my 2 year old to change by herself. After sprinkling baby powder on the inside of the clothes, they slide on and off the doll very easily. Very happy with this purchase!

It is true that these could have been designed better and the clothing could be easier to put on and take off.

With that said, my daughters love these dolls and they actually get more play than Playmobil ...

With any problems we've had I have just called up Mattel (their toll free number is on the box/package and available on the internet) and told them what happened and within a few days replacement items showed up in the mail. No charge, no sending the broken doll back, no providing photo proof (I was going to email the pictures I took).

Mattel was really great!

I can't recommend enough that if anything breaks to telephone Mattel and get a replacement.

Kit includes multiple outfits which are made of rubber. They are good for little fingers to practice dressing the dolls. The horse's harness and connecting rails do not stay on and put together very long.

my daughter had been asking for this "tiny, tiny Belle stuff" for some time. SHe already had the Sleepy Beauty and Cinderella sets. I couldn't find it in the stores, so I ordered it. [...] The parts are a little small for my taste and hard to keep track of, but she loves them.
