My youngest son LOVES dogs, but both boys are allergic (so am I) to dogs. We purchased this life-size German Shepherd as a Christmas gift for them and they love him so much. The dog looks real, great quality. He's now part of our family.

Full size dog. My children love to cuddle it and even my own german shepherd will sniff it.
Only gave it 4 stars as I do like the quality of the product (usual for M&D products) however the face does not look like any german shepherd I have seen. The ears were bent in transit and with over a month's pulling have nearly straightened. If the dog does not stand up then the 2 front legs have wire that can be pulled to give him more stability.
Not a toy for babies,

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Love M&D products, quality of dog is good - not a toy for a toddler under 3. the face does not look like any german shepherd I have ever seen and the ears were bent in transit, hence the 4*
