Product Description

Director and screenwriter Kevin Munroe brings the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to the 21st century with TMNT. This animated film--made with computer-generated imagery --finds the four genetically mutated, pizza-loving turtles a less than coherent family unit: Leonardo is in Central America, training to be a better leader; Donatello is manning an IT help desk; Michelangelo is making the childrens party circuit as an entertainer; and Raphael is secretly spending his nights as the citys resident vigilante. Leonardos return fails to unite them; in fact, it only increases his brother Raphaels resentment. But when monsters begin appearing in New York City and are pursued by both the mysterious Foot Clan, another group of crackerjack Ninjas, and some menacing stone statues that have come to life, the brothers must band together under the tutelage of their ensei, a mutated rat named Master Splinter and fight for their city. Comments about Warner Home Video Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles DVD:

I love...well, like it. I mean you possibly will love it. But I guess I liked the 2012 series a little more. I am a kid (or teen to y'all folks), and I was never shown the TMNT 2007 movie because I was a girl, and my parents thought I would hate it. After I fell in love with the 2012 series (which may I say is the bomb!), they showed me this movie. Want a description? Okay, but this is a spoiler!

It starts as someone (I'm guessing Splinter), is narrating, showing like, an army and stuff. Well, let's skip to the stars (Turtles), a few bad men (this could frighten ages 1-6) comes and they are in Central America, well Leonardo sneaks up on them and beats them, in the shadows. The leader of these men gets a sword and searches for Leo, then Leo jumps out of the shadows and gets his both swords (aka katana or niten ryu) and runs toward the man, it shows a bunch of trees and a loud scream (like Leonardo killed the man so if you are showing young kids, be prepared for them to ask "What Happened?"). Leo pushes a car the men were driving because it belonged to a woman and her child, he hides in a tree. The child saw him and told April (who happened to be an adventurer) and the kid asked "Have you seen the ghost?" for he thought Leo was a ghost "It wasn't always a ghost.", April tells the kid and she heads into the forest, she knew who the Turtles were. April falls into a hole and Leo caught her, the hole was Leo's hideout. He was training to be a better leader. He was talking to April, I cannot remember everything he was saying, but all I can remember was him asking April what his three troublesome brothers were doing. Starts with Donatello, it shows Donnie in an office, I think (I am still confused where he was), helping people who were having problems with there technology, he said things like "Your computer is not working? Did you turn it on? Did you plug it in? Yeah, that is why." He seamed bored because people were having crazy problems, (seriously, who doesn't plug in a computer?). Michelangelo was at a party pretending to be a...pinata? Kids were knocking him out with bats! Mikey later on says he has nightmares of birthday parties! LOL! Anyway, Raphael (my fave) was a, vigilante (maybe a typo) even April didn't know what he was up to! "What does Raphael do?" Leo asked, "Who knows, he just sleeps all day." April replied, "But what does he do at night?" Leo asked. Well, he secretly fought bad guys and was dressed in an outfit that looked like "A big metal turtle" as Casey Jones called him. When the Turtles reunite, it teaches about teamwork (better than Paw Patrol or any other kids show). So watch it, no more spoilers from me!

Comments about Warner Home Video Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles DVD:

Oh my God this movie is so cool. This movie teaches kids about working together as a team and brotherhood. Too bad the Shredder wasn't in it. The Turtles looked good as ever and they should be 18 years old now.The only difference in the movie between the brothers is that Mikey has blue eyes and the others have brown. Good movie!!!!!!!

This is the best action movie ever!!!! A mix of comedy and action with 3-D animation. It teaches a lesson about brotherhood, working together as a team, and forgiving your family. Raphael is the best.

This movie isn't JUST for boys. My dad got me this yesterday on my 12th birthday (December 8) and I enjoyed it a lot! My favorite part was the fight between Raphael and Leonardo which is amazing to watch. I really like Michelangelo because he has a sense of humor. Trust me you will like this movie if your a turtle fan. And for people who like action-pack movies, this is the movie 4 U!!!!!!!!!!
