GET THIS. I gain some weight before I got pregnant so being pregnant has giving my back a run for its money. For the first time I feel like I can do stuff. Not only has it help my back my legs feel so much better. I would say wear it over a tank top or a thin shirt just so the Velcro does rub on your skin. If your thinking about getting it just do it.. if it doesn't work for you you could always take it back. But I don't think you will want to take it back.

I'm a hairstylist and stand on my feet all day. I used this with my first child 2 1/2 years ago, gave mine to my co-worker when I was done; and now I'm buying another.
I love it for support on walks as well.

I have to take the belt off & put it on several times a day to re-adjust it. The back srcunches up. And its a bulky belt. But the support is strong especially for someone with a BIG belly at 29 weeks like me. SO if this belt is as good as it gets, its no biggie to re-adjust it & deal with the extra bulkiness. PLus its made REALLY strong

i just bought this the other day and so far i love it. ive always had some back issues and so now that im hitting 7 months my back is starting to hurt... the second i put this on its instant relief!!! probably not as undetectable under clothes as the box says but who cares its all about comfort!

I am 6 months pregnant with my second child and was diagnosed with diastasis rectis. My backpain has been worsening everyday for the last couple months to the point of hobbling around. I tried this and a few others on in the store and could feel the difference in support right away! I put it on when I got home and could feel a difference in my back. Within hours, I was walking around painless. By the next morning, I wasn't even limping or hobbling anymore! It's been a backsaver already and helps support and protect my belly from the disastasis pain!

It is comfortable for me to wear on top of or under my shirts and doesn't bother me when sitting or going to the bathroom.

I would recommend trying it on in the store to make sure you choose the right size. I'm a size 8 pre-pregnancy and needed a medium.

Love it!

I am between the sizes so I bought a size up and am glad I did. I have no problem with Velcro. It does just fine. I don't use the over the belly strap (optional), but the other pieces are great. It doesn't bunch. I've not had any problems using restroom with it on. Is slightly more comfortable with a t-shirt underneath, but also okay without. Gives great support to my low belly. I can walk around for a long time without it getting sore.

I have had bad back and petite frame. This did wonders. Have been wearing it since my 6th month all the way till the end, every single day. I can do everything w/o any pain. I would not have survived w/o it even for a couple hours. It even helped a little with my diastasis. Would recommend it to every mom!

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with #3 and have been having horrible pelvic and back pain the past month or so. Walking kills and within an hour I'm in pain and just "done" (try shopping for baby stuff...). I picked this up last week and it works GREAT! I have been putting it over a tank or bella band for extra comfort, although I don't have a problem with it anyway. I'm tall (6') and wear a size 16ish pre-pregancy, but got the large for extra "wiggle room". It is PLENTY big, a medium probably would have been big enough but the large is still great! I have been using it without the top band and just love it!!!

This product has been such a great relief for my back pain and pelvic pressure. I don't know what I would do without it. I'm currently toward the end of my 2nd trimester, and I purchased this support because I was having very uncomfortable pelvic pressure and extremely bad lower back pain. As soon as I wore it I felt immediate relief. I do recommend wearing like a thin long cami to go underneath the support, or just wear it over your clothes. Is you do not place the straps correctly and if it touches skin, you may feel the Velcro. But other than I would recommend it. Don't know how I would go with my day with out it.

This support really helped with my back pains at work. My job is one of the most stressful around, i wish i would have known about this months ago! Im typically on my feet for 7hrs plus. Although i normally am a size 6 (pre-pregnancy). So i followed the size chart it recommended at Medium.. I ended up returning the original for a Large, much more comfy and better support!! Surprising this also helped with my leg/ankle swelling! Amazing product, i would recomend wearing a thin shirt between you and the support(kinda itchy)
