I have had bad back and petite frame. This did wonders. Have been wearing it since my 6th month all the way till the end, every single day. I can do everything w/o any pain. I would not have survived w/o it even for a couple hours. It even helped a little with my diastasis. Would recommend it to every mom!

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with #3 and have been having horrible pelvic and back pain the past month or so. Walking kills and within an hour I'm in pain and just "done" (try shopping for baby stuff...). I picked this up last week and it works GREAT! I have been putting it over a tank or bella band for extra comfort, although I don't have a problem with it anyway. I'm tall (6') and wear a size 16ish pre-pregancy, but got the large for extra "wiggle room". It is PLENTY big, a medium probably would have been big enough but the large is still great! I have been using it without the top band and just love it!!!

This product has been such a great relief for my back pain and pelvic pressure. I don't know what I would do without it. I'm currently toward the end of my 2nd trimester, and I purchased this support because I was having very uncomfortable pelvic pressure and extremely bad lower back pain. As soon as I wore it I felt immediate relief. I do recommend wearing like a thin long cami to go underneath the support, or just wear it over your clothes. Is you do not place the straps correctly and if it touches skin, you may feel the Velcro. But other than I would recommend it. Don't know how I would go with my day with out it.

This support really helped with my back pains at work. My job is one of the most stressful around, i wish i would have known about this months ago! Im typically on my feet for 7hrs plus. Although i normally am a size 6 (pre-pregnancy). So i followed the size chart it recommended at Medium.. I ended up returning the original for a Large, much more comfy and better support!! Surprising this also helped with my leg/ankle swelling! Amazing product, i would recomend wearing a thin shirt between you and the support(kinda itchy)

this has been a total life saver for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. i've carried my baby low and with the pressure, this has helped to give me a lil lift & support.

I``` got if for my second pregnancy and it worked im 6 months pregnant with my 3rd and im so glad I kept it I have a one year old who wants me to hold him all day by the end of the day my back is killing me I just took it out of the box and I can feel the difference

I got this support this past Friday because I was having AWFUL mid back pain, pain in my ribs in the front and knee pain. We went to the store, and there was only 1 Lg. support left (I would be a medium) but I ended up just getting it because I couldnt take the pain anymore. I hurt when I was sitting, standing, laying EVERYTHING!!! I didnt think that I would work for me because of my pain being in the middle of my torso, but since I started wearing it, it has been a total lifesaver!!! I have had NO PAIN AT ALL, its amazing. It has totally paid for itself already. I really recommend everyone to try this one. I read about how people were getting scratched by the velcro, so I have been wearing my Bella Band underneath of it and I havent had a problem!

I bought this product to help ease the pain of diastasis, not just on my belly but my back. After wearing it once, the velcro made the under-belt elastic fray uncontrollably and it's just not that helpful. It's uncomfortable while I'm wearing it and the pain returns almost as soon as I take it off. I'm not that impressed.

Buy it! I am just entering my 6th month and my back has been KILLING me! I had a bad back before the pregnancy so I knew I was doomed. I was in so much pain sitting at a desk all day, or standing all weekend, or even laying down all night to sleep. It didn't matter what position I was in, it just hurt. This product provided instant relief and has been helping me get through my days, nights, and weekends. Buy it! It's the best [$] you'll ever spend. My only slight complaint is that it is itchy on bare skin. I wear it over a belly band or a tang top and I couldn't be happier!

I bought one when I was pregnant with my first child. Being on my feet all day was a strain and I had a lot of lower back pain. This greatly reduced the amount of pain I felt during and at the end of the day. I used it for at least 5 months of my first pregnancy. I loved it so much and since I wore it daily I bought two of them. I am now pregnant with our second child and am buying another. The quality was good on the first two, they aren't worn out - I just lost them when moving. :)
