These bottles are really great. We have the 4 oz. size because my daughter has never taken more than 4 oz. at a time, and she's now 6 months old. These bottles are really sturdy. I dropped one the other day with no damage to the bottle at all. I don't use the nipples that came with these though. My daughter never liked them, so we use a different standard size nipple.

Used these for my youngest who had sucking problems and couldn't nurse. Originally bought 18 of them (so I could store breast milk safely) and only two were broken over the course of 2 years. One was my fault -- I'd boiled water in it to sanitize it in the microwave and tried to cool it down quickly. The temp difference made it crack (but NOT shatter!) The other one my son chucked onto an area of sharp rocks and it broke. But for all the times he dropped them on cement, tile, or on small rocks they didn't break. Wish I could have nursed him but this was the next best thing.

We use these bottles daily and love them. They aren't as heavy as I thought they would be and the slim design is great for storage space. The bottles slim design also alows the bottle to drain fully without milk getting stuck in the neck of the bottle. With all the excitment over the BPA chemicals the glass was a nice alternative and the price of these were very reasonable. Great value for the price, very happy with this product.

I think these bottles are great. I found they leaked a bit at first, but I figured out they leaked when I put them together too tight. They haven't leaked since. These bottles are really easy to clean and keep clean. BPA free, too. And no, they don't shatter if you drop them on linoleum or hardwood.

I am the mother of twins. These are the best bottles ever!!! They are easy to clean. It is easy to adjust the flow size. I know what is in glass. They are more durable than you think they would be. I would recomend them to any one!

As an expecting mother of twins, I researched bottles extensively throughout my pregnancy. I bought the Baby Bargin book, read product review blogs, got Consumer Report's ranking, etc. Now that I've been using these bottles for 4 months, I wanted to write a review. These bottles are amazing. The glass is very durable and BPA free. They heat evenly and clean easily both by hand or in a dishwasher. I had read during my research that the nipples leaked, so I bought multiple different nipples just in case they did leak....but they never did. I go through 16 bottles a day and think these are the best bottles because of their cost, and durability. Most glass bottles are $18 for a pair. But these bottles you get 6 for [$]....unbeatable!

These bottles are the best. This is my fith child. And after lead scares, Phthilates and BPA, etc, I am tired of worrying about what else they'll find in plastic bottles. These are inexpensive. The glass is sturdier than canning jars, so extremes of temperature have not affected them. I freeze the milk, then warm the bottle in a hot bowl of water from the coffee pot. NO breaks or cracks. My eleven month old likes to throw his bottle overboard when he's in his highchair, and we have stone tile floors. NO breaks or cracks. They are very easy to clean and sterilize, since nothing really sticks to them. Also, I put the dates on the bottles when I freeze them, with a sharpe permanent ink marker. This washes off in soap and water. Whle it is true that the rings and nipples leak, I switched them with the playtex Ventaire caps and rings(still cost effective when you consider how cheap the bottles are), and used the [...] vented nipples. No more leaks, collapsed nipples or gas issues. I still use the disks that came with the bottle when I freeze them.

Compared to other glass bottles, these are youre best value. Other glass bottles sell $10 for 1 bottle. Here, you get 6 for that price. Ive dropped one or two so far and no breakage. Plus cleaning is easy. I sterilize them in boiling water every few uses just to keep em extra clean but at home or on the go, we love em!

Had no probs that I hadn't also experienced at times with other bottle brands (occasional leaking, etc., mostly because I didn't attach the ring correctly). These are the cheapest and sturdiest I came across (also a lactation consultant recommended these nipples to avoid nipple confusion). Can't speak to gas bubble issues because my baby had gas with them all! My only (mild) criticism--there's not much wiggle room if you're mixing a full bottle of powder formula right in the bottle.
