My daughter loves this mobile and we use it on average 1-2 times a day. However, after only 3 months of use, while winding it one day, the spring broke. We're going to have to buy a replacement because she reaches for it now and seems disappointed that the music won't play but I hate the thought of rewarding a company with two purchases of an item that was so cheap it broke after minimal use the first time around.

This is adorable, but the music started to skip beats(within months) and then shortly after, the arm broke.. not happy with this product AT ALL. Before all that happened, I loved it and so did my son, he would smile as he saw us winding it up. It also makes a loud cranking noise when winding up that awakens the tired baby.

This mobile is awful. It lasts for about 3 minutes and you have to wind it up, which is very loud. Meanwhile, my son would be distracted by my winding and cry. He hated it. I got him a Fisher Price one that uses DD batteries with lights, runs for 25 minutes at a time, and also turns. It's awesome. Don't get this mobile.

We purchased this for our 2 month old son. The reviews are correct it is a decorative piece. The music plays for a short amount of time. My son enjoyed it but unfortunately it broke down after only using it for 2 months. It no longer plays music and the mobile does not turn.

The mobile has a musical life of about 3 minutes. By the time I got out of the room to get something done, the mobile was done and I'd have to run back upstairs to wind it back up. This would upset my son, and thus eliminates the purpose of the mobile! Terrible. Returned mine and went with a Fisher Price one that has a music life of 20+ minutes, with a remote so I don't have to wind the mobile and distract my son from his concentration on the lights and animals. DON'T GET THIS PRODUCT!

This mobile is very easy to put together and can be mounted to the wall or to the crib. The music box is a wind-up and plas a very mellow, non-annoying tune. Very neutral for boy or girl.

This is a horrible product i do not suggest getting this at all. The directions were so vague, my music box never worked. I was so upset, it's really cute but did not work. It's really hard to put together for 50, By your baby some diapers and just sing to him.

This mobile WAS great, but my son is now 9 months old and it quit playing music. I wind it up and then it just sticks. I used to be able to twist it back to the other way to make it work, but now it does nothing. I'm very disappointed in how much I spent and it's broken after 9 months. When I bought it, I was hoping it would at least last until my son outgrew it and possibly for another one. Thanks for a poor investment!

Very cute design and easy to put together. My son loves it. We got it before he was born and he is now 4 months old. We did not attach it to the crib, but mounted it on the wall instead. He loves looking at it and smiles and laughs all the time. He gets very excited. the bad thing is that the music does not last long at all, and who wants to keep going in to bother the baby to hear us winding up the music box over and over again. The music box also started to make a clicking noise and ended up not working at all. We had to go and exchange it for another one and that ended breaking as well just after 2 weeks! We are so busy with a new baby already, who would want to go and keep returning items.
