Description



Designed to fit small hands, these egg-shaped markers will help bring out artistic expression in any toddler. Available in two animal-inspired assortments, toddlers can make their first marks with a green frog, brown puppy or red monkey. A second collection allows them to express themselves with a pink pig, yellow chick or purple hippopotamus. Also, TaDoodles Washable First Marks won't topple over, don't have caps to lose and are specially formulated to easily wash off of skin and clothing. No batteries required. Ages 18 months and up.

these markers look like they are for little kids, but they are too hard to hold and are very messy, i tried with both my kids 1 and 2 at the time and they both had trouble using them, too hard to hold and way too messy, the ink just drips out once you press on it and it starts flowing, my kids like the plain out crayola pipsqueak markers much better... too hard to hold in their hands comfortably

I like this product. My daughter always tries to put everything in her mouth,so Im glad they made these products with safety in mind, no small caps to worry about. They are messy,but what markers aren't? My daughter loves this product because they are shaped like animals. I will be buying more.

These have been out for several years now, with no improvement on the complaints that EVERYONE I know has... they leak, they are weighted incorrectly and incredibly non-functional. Our first set was a gift for my daughter's first birthday. She was so excited and loved them - at first. After using them for about 1 minute, so much ink had leaked out of them that the entire workspace/paper was just one big blob of ink. The way the weight falls, the marker side is up and most toddlers don't understand the concept of turning it over to draw. My daughter got really frustrated and instead of using the markers, she just decided smearing the spilled ink was more fun.

I thought it was a bad set, so I went out and bought another set. Same problem. Yes, it washes easy, but if I wanted finger paints, I would have bought them instead. My daughter loves the characters so eventually I drained all the ink so she could play with them. Kind of a waste.

I've seen on many toddler/parent blogs and retail reviews the same complaints over and over on this product. It would be nice if Crayola would listen and fix these problems so that we could buy them and actually use them. Until then, I'll stick with the color wonder markers - which she uses just fine.

I love to do crafts w/ my little one's and thought the product would be great for those little hands. They were beyond messy. They leave stains, smear and aren't as easy for little one's to hold as advertised. Never again with the markers!

These are really messy. They flood out with color as soon as you put them on the paper. As the baby is coloring it smears. It is very easy to clean up but they make a bigger mess then they should. I would reccomend using thick contruction paper with this product.

My daughter loves these, but they splatter and the ink goes through the paper- getting all over the place. The ink washes off well, but it gets everywhere!

Bought this for my 1 1/2 year old. Not a good idea. I thought this was more like a crayon but it is a heavily inked marker. She got it all over her clothes as soon as she presses down to use it ink is everwhere. She put it on her mouth and ink was all over her mouth and inside. This is like a bottle of ink, worse than giving her a box of markers.I bought 2 different packs. I have the other pack ready to be returned.
