LCD display

The Private Connection Monitor has a unique LCD screen display that includes graphic displays for volume, channels, range and battery life.


Sound-activated LED lights

The Private Connection Monitor allows parents to hear and see a baby's call with the 5-LED variable light display. Sound-activated lights on both sides of the receivers alert you to activity even if you're vacuuming or watching TV. The receivers also feature belt clips for hands-free portability.


Broad range

With 900 MHz technology, Private Connection Monitor gives you great range and a crystal-clear connection up to 800 feet under permitting conditions. You can even work in the yard and get a clear connection.


Rechargeable

The Private Connection Monitor receivers charge via standard wall outlet. The AC adapters are UL listed in the US and Canada and feature an enhanced design to help save energy.


Compact design

The compact design of the Private Connection Monitor offers easy placement and portability. The transmitter measures just 3" x 4.5" x 4.75" and the receivers measure 6" x 2" x 2.75" each.


Dual receivers

This Private Connection Monitor comes with 2 receivers for added convenience. Now both parents can listen for baby even when they're in different rooms of the house.

I like these monitors, I did my homework and was very happy with them. I have had very little problems with static and I like how they light up with the noise, I could watch the lights while in the shower and know that he wasn't screaming for me. However, my son is now 9 months old and both battery lives have deteriorated over time. When we first got the monitors they would hold the battery life for a long time, I would charge it as soon as my son was awake. Now 9 months later, I'm lucky if I get 3 hours of batter life from either receiver when fully charged. I'm not sure whether to buy the same monitors again or try different ones. Other than the battery, I have loved everything about these monitors and the company is great, they are reimbursing me since I have to return them.

I bought this for my first son and by the time he was 8 months old - that's when the problems started. It has a lot of static and it's only gotten worse. It started making clicking sounds too which does not make sleeping easy. Now at 15 months it will not hold a charge. The low battery beep/light flashes even though it should be fully charged.

We have had this monitor about 10 months with no static issues. The only concern I have is that one of the monitors is loosing the battery. We just keep that one plugged in. Overall, this is a good, reliable monitor.

this monitor works great during the day, but if you are using it for night time, it has a lot of static and clicking noise. You won't get any sleep!!!!!

I think this is a great practical monitor. It does it's job which is to communicate sounds to you while your baby sleeps in another room. Everyone complains about static and battery issues, but I have not experienced this. Yes you have to plug it in to charge it just like any other product that is battery operated. And if you don't, it will beep and then die. This is common sense moms..come on. Every monitor has a little static and I have had NO PROBLEMS hearing my baby. We've been using it since he was born and he is now 14 months old.

We got this monitor as a gift from an aunt. Wish we would have done the research on it before we got it. It does not work well at all. The sound has a lot of static and does not even pick up the baby's noise unless the volume is turned all the way up. It will also lose the signal from time to time. Which I can not understand why…. Even with the base 20 ft away. It does this on every channel. Not impressed at all. We will be returning this monitor for a different brand. If you are looking for a quality monitor, this is NOT it.
