The Dynacraft 18" Sypher Tony Hawk Bike is the perfect bike for those who want to do tricks like the professionals. With a Hi Rise handlebar with a pillar block stem, you can adjust the height to perfectly suit your needs. Coaster brakes plus front and rear U brakes with alloy levers ensure that you will be able to stop the bike efficiently. Front and rear pegs are included, so you can perform tricks, and the circular chain guard ensures that the chain will stay out of the way. Get ready to perform fun tricks just like the professionals.

Features
Hi Rise handlebar
The Hi Rise handlebar can be adjusted to suit your comfort level. The pillar block stem can move up and down, so you can easily change the height.
Coaster brakes and front and rear brakes
With the coaster brakes, you will be able to stop by pedaling backward. Front and rear brakes allow you to use the levers on the handlebar in order to stop.
Alloy seat clamp and front/rear pegs
The alloy seat clamp is made to last, so you can easily adjust the height of your seat. Front and rear pegs allow you to do different tricks on the bike.
Circular chain guard
The circular chain guard ensures that your clothing will not get caught in the chain. The guard is shaped to fit around the gear perfectly, so it won't get in the way of your pedaling.

I got this at 25% off so I paid [$]. For that price to build, assemble (most of it), [...] is amazing when you think about it. This is a well built bike, and I would say so even at its regular price. A little more thought went into this bike than your typical bike in this $ range. My one gripe is the wheels - mag wheels are cool - but the hubs on these were SEVERELY over-tightened from the factory - had to take the rear wheel out and readjust as well as the front - don't expect a store assembler to do this for you. Front steering tube was severely overtightened as well. Either have some tools and know-how or take it to a bike shop to get it set up right. The wheels were also slightly out of true (wobble) - and there is no way to adjust that with an injection molded wheel - however I was able to adjust so they wouldn't catch the brakes. The hub bearings, even after readjusting - felt rough - It seems like this is where they chinced out on hardware, which is unfortunate.Here's the good stuff -3 piece solid crank arms. Well designed and adjustable (for slack) brake cabling. -I don't know what someone here was complaining about the brakes . The brakes on this bike are superb and overbuilt with very large bolt mounts. You could use these brakes on an adult bike. -Wheel mount areas on the frame are solid and thick. -Good chain. -Good frame with decent welds - tubing is oversized where it should be for strength, not looks. -Well packaged in its box.-Nice solid seat. -Lots of allen wrench bolts made of solid material that don't strip out...much better than hex bolts.-Very hefty and well machined stunt pegs. These things probably add about 2+ pounds so leave them off if you want to shave some weight.If you're looking for a bike for your 7-8 yr old who's not quite ready for a 20" this is a well made bike. Like I said take it to a shop though to make sure the hubs and steering tube are adjusted properly.

Purchased for our 4 year old who is too big for the smaller bikes. Pros: Ideal entry level bike. Coaster brake in addition to hand brakes is a big plus. Good looking bike. Training wheels will fit, but are not included. That fact is obvious from the picture on the box and the fact that it comes with foot pegs where the training wheels would go.Cons: It's made in China. Wheels were poorly assembled. Bearing packed too tight, very little grease used. Wheels were dragging and grinding when spun. I repacked the bearings with Phil Wood grease and adjusted the cone nuts properly. Forks were a bit tight for the front axle as mentioned in another review, [...]Remember Jim Carry in Pet Detective disguised as a UPS driver?Over-all a good bang for your buck. Pay the $10 for assembly if you don't plan on packing bearings etc. The $17 protection plan is also not a bad idea if you think about the price of a brake cable or two.

        Purchased and had the store assemble this bike. Wait was two days for assembly. Read the reviews on-line before pick-up (plastic rims warped). Checked the rims at store and both were warped. Got a refund and store kept the bike. Plastic rims bikes shouldn't be sold.

          My 9 year old loves to do tricks and stand on pegs, front and back! They are included! He likes to do 180 spins on it. We have a high yard and a ditch that goes down and back up to the street and he basically FLIES down and Jumps up to the street! It is awesome and he LOVES IT!!!! It rides in the grass just fine and the look of it is just cool! :)

          The bike looks cool, and the boy loves it. However, when riding down the road the front and back tires don't roll straight. When taken back in we were told the plastic rims are not very good and warp easly. Toys R Us will take care of it and let us pick a different bike, so the store is great. But the bike should not be an option to sell with the quality of the rims.

                The quality is so poor that I could not recommend this bicycle. I assembled the bike and found the one instruction guide for all bikes useless. My biggest concern was the plastic rims that were warped making the hand brakes useless (resulted in a skid every time). The bike looks good however the overall quality makes this bike a one season use. It's basically junk! I returned the bike and purchased a better quality bike from my local bike store.

                This was a great bike and my son loves it. Problem is because we went with a bike with "Tony Hawk's" signature name, we failed to realize at the time how impossible it would be to get replacement parts for things like a seat, a tire, etc. You have to write to the manufacturer and request the parts. Only they can sell them to you. Good luck.

                          I bought this bike for my some on his birthday and took it home to put together and front forks were so bent couldnt get wheel on. Took it back and got another one and let the store put it together and it lasted about 2 weeks. Chain kept coming off and brakes would lock up so took that one back. The one we have now lasted a little longer but now rear bearings are going out,have to tighten the chain everytime he rides, and now the bearings in the three piece crank is going bad!!! I bought the bike thinking Tony Hawk so it has to be good, man was I wrong! I cant understand why he would let them put his name on such a PIECE OF JUNK product.

                                I brought my son to buy him a new bike and he loved this one, but I was kind of worried about getting it because the rims are plastic. They were out of the bikes, only had the store model. Well I finally agreed..went to checkout and just as I completed the purchase.....I noticed there was a big egg in the tire and the wheel was definitely defected. All of this before walking out the door, so had to turn around and get a refund....Ughhhhh...

                                Tony Hawk could do way better

                                Just bought this bike today and brought it home to assemble since my son needed it the next day for the bike rodeo at school. The instructions don't always match up, but I understood them. The problem is this bike is a piece of junk - the parts are cheap, the rims are plastic not metal (which I didn't realize when I bought). We could not get the brakes to work at all and the rims were warped so the brakes would skid on a section of it at every rotation. Took it back immediately and purchased another one........that wasn't any better either - guess they don't make stuff the way they used to!! If it weren't for the time constraint, definitely go for the in store assembly! This bike looks cool, but it's junk (and plastic) and I'm surprised Tony Hawk put his name on it. I'd give this no stars if I could!

                                We bought this bike assembled and had to return it the very next day. Back tire wouldn't take air and hand brakes don't work. Waste of my time and money.
