I wanted this particular Pack N Play because it has such a bigger play area and the others just seem so cramped! It keeps my kiddo off the busy and not always dog-hair-free wood floor but lets them have range of movement. I like the all mesh sides because they can see me and see out all sides for a better view of what's going on around them.

My son will soon be six months old. He's is a big boy for his age. (Wears 12-18 mo clothing!) I wanted something roomy enough for him to roll around and have safe tummy time. Also, I wanted something sturdy enough (especially the mat and it's support) if he napped it would have proper support. His initial pack and play mattress bowed a bit. This has everything and more. First, my main concern was the mat as I stated. My son is almost 25lbs and the bottom is nice and sturdy and supports him fully with no bowing! He naps like a champ in it. The padding isn't as "soft" as his original p & p. But I prefer firm for him. Second, he loves the colors. I've noticed a lot of moms commenting that things they buy "match their decor" in their home. Really? It's my kids play yard. I couldn't imagine just having a plain black yard just because it didn't "stick out". It's about him and his stimulation, growth and enjoyment. He loves staring at all the bright colors! Not to mention the cool critters on the inside walls (mesh) that have a mirror, a squeeker, and crunchy moveable wings (very well attached as to not pull off). These work well for when he is laying he can study them. Sitting, he can sit in front of each and reach to touch them figuring each one out. Standing, things he can play with that aren't on the floor or above his head. I really feel this will grow with him. Third, the mesh sides are sturdy and he can see through them easily feeling connected with what is going on in the room. I've notice a few folks mention they couldn't find sheets for it without a deep search online. I wouldn't recommend them anyway. I had numerous sheets for his smaller pack and play. This has a colorful mat he loves staring at. And, what is a sheet truly going to prevent? A quick wipe down of this if necessary and you're good to go. It sits a few inches off the ground but as I mentioned, the stability is just fine. (Keep in mind that I do not have other young children that may try and hang on the sides, climb, rock or do things that kiddos do from the outside.) Fourth, the size inside is awesome! So much room! I finally don't feel my son is confined in a small area. Room to move and for toys. Finally, it took us less than a minute to put up and the same to take down. I am a pretty picky mom always looking for the bigger and better. I was more than pleasantly surprised with this play yard! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because as parents, do we ever find anything "perfect" for our kids? ; ) Worth every penny!

I love this playpen. I bought it in 2006 for my now 6 year old daughter and am about to use it again for my son. It was hard to find a 3x3 pack n' play as I wanted an actual playpen not just somewhere for her to nap and for me to change her diaper. Each character on the side has a function, squeak, rattle etc. It sets up super easy and stores well.

wow what a fantastic product! i had been looking for a playpen for my son for a long time. we have a 'pack and play' but it wasn't big enough for my 6 month old son to really crawl around and play. after looking at a few playpens online i decided on this one and i am sooo happy i did! my son loves to the toys on the sides, and it is super easy to close and store when he's finished. it's priced very reasonably and worth every penny. i could list all of the things that i love about this product, but to make things short my son and i love everything about it and wouldn't change a thing!

I thought this play pen was the best buy yet for my child! Very colorful and it set up in 15 sec. The size is great also because my baby its a big kid and she has plenty of room to play!!

This is a large, square, sturdy playpen. It can be used for infants all the way up to toddlers. It folds up very compactly! The inside pad or mattress is secured by velcro tabs (under the play yard) that hold the mattress securely so it can't be pulled up or moved by the child. It's true there isn't much padding to this mattress and the mattress fabric will get stained if you don't use a sheet. I have never found sguare 36 X 36 sheets or quilted mattress pad covers in any store that will fit this play yard but....I did find them and bought them online..just google "sheets for Graco Tot Block play yard" and you will be directed to sites where you can purchase them to fit...some are fitted sheets with all around elastic and some are made with "pockets" that the mattress sides just fit into..both work wonderfullly. I also bought a fitted quilted waterproof mattress pad to go between the mattress and the top sheet to protect the actual play pen floor pad and to add some extra cushion......Just wanted to address this because I see many concerns about the fabric mattress pad that lays in the bottom of the play yard getting soiled. No need to worry about that...you can purchase sheets that fit! I have used this play yard for 4 years now and love it!

This is exactly what I was looking for when my grandaughter arrived, its roomey unlike the other pack and play yards. It opens and folds nicely and is very sturdy. The colors are bright and the sides are strong. The only drawback is that the pad/mat that goes in the bottom cannot be laundered so be prepared to spot clean. Not sure if they make pads or cover sheets for this size but just the same I really don't have any complaints.

I was looking for a play pen for my Grand Daughter when she comes to my house. I looked and looked I just wanted one that she had room in to play with some toys and take a nap. This one fit the bill I love it and better yet she loves it. I have to be honest I have No dislikes on this it is just what I wanted. I looked on line and in the stores at so many and was so glad when I found this one. It is more like the one I had for my own children.

do not like that the padding baby rests on cannot be removed for washing. did not know that when i bought it.
